Sir can we cook in iron utensils and how to maintain it
@hktv1083 жыл бұрын
As per Ayurveda Best is Clay pot and utensils for cooking second comes gold or silver which is difficult for us in this age then comes brass, then copper, the stainless steel, then iron, then non stick pans and then glass Each items effect or health and consciousness So better use Clay pot which is perfect for healthy body mind and soul Clay pot can be reused but not for long and it is economical and now a days you can getting easily because slowly we are getting back to our roots and knowing its importance

Prabhuji how to wash the mud pots?
@AbCd-xg2rr8 жыл бұрын
+Vijay Mathias Dear Vijay you can use mud or the ash you get from burning wood to clean mud pots.They remove even oil and ghee residue.
@vijaymathias8 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for your reply.

+Ab Cd So if you cook on a wood fire, you will have what you need to clean the pot?!
@AbCd-xg2rr8 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is correct, the ash that is left after burning the wood is considered one of the best dishwashing powder(remember Vim powder?) .This ash even removes oil and ghee stains .Mud is another natural material used in cleaning utensils, My grandmother used to clean her brass utensils using only wood ash and the coconut husk as a scouring pad and her brass utensils were always gleaming.Nature provides everything we need.

Very impractical for any normal modern kitchen
@gagankv39772 жыл бұрын
Yeah, be practical with your modern kitchen and have all types of modern diseases😂
@tulayamalavenapi40282 жыл бұрын
@@gagankv3977 Okay... So you don't care if it isn't practical. I get it... Smoke regulations, fire danger etc in a small urban apartment are fine.
@tulayamalavenapi40282 жыл бұрын
@@gagankv3977 Our spiritual father told his spiritual children that when proper hygeine is practiced there will be no question of disease. Disease is there (modern or ancient) when 3 things are happening, uncleanliness, over eating, irregular habits. We don't do modern kitchen things like drinking alcohol, or meat eating or even onion or garlic. We don't wear shoes indoors. We wash and bathe before cooking also. These are important to consider beyond just a clay pot. Thanks for listening.

@@tulayamalavenapi4028 what isn't practical. The slow cooking, without any pressure cooker? As he said good food takes time to cook. All these fast cooking we are into are the major reasons we are unhealthy in somany ways. Look at our ancestors they lived for minimum of 80 years. And if we look at their health, they would have fallen ill for once or twice max, that's it. "Ancestors" even our grand parents are from this lifestyle for major portions. Hope u got my point. Time saving, fast cooking etc ❌ There's no point for not giving a proper time for cooking, that's us, that's our health. I'll leave it here, 3 years back comment, 2017 maybe🤔😄 welcome back to your old comment😂
