Hi Vee!!! Honestly this craziness has finally motivated me to finally really start my nail journey, so I'm actually doing pretty great!!! I have four kiddos, so once they were sent home and my restaurant was closed down, I was SO scared. Then I pushed that fear aside and started really practicing and learning from you, and as of last week I got my first two clients 😀 They LOVE my work and I have to thank you for that, you have shown and taught me so much 😊 Thank you!!!!

I’ve been good, I am considered “essential worker” with my 9-5 so with all the covid work is crazy and hasn’t slowed down. But with everything closed is what brought my attention back to nails. I’ve always wanted to be a nail tech but I just never pursued. So now I’m learning and practicing again. But with my kids being at home for school makes it so much stressful, balancing school/work/home life and then trying to practice nail. Hope all is well with you.

I really like your work, personally I haven’t played around with transfer foils. Hopefully soon I can purchase some to practice. With the whole pandemic I think it has stopped a lot of the plans for everyone’s summer. I wanted to travel more but that did not go as planned. We can only choose to stay home and being safe.

Been doin nails long time 1999! But stopped due to covid! That being said, Ive been constantly watching nail videos, YOUR CHANNEL has given my sparkler a light! Hi Vee, I want to thank you for doing the beginner friendly videos as they are so interesting and definitely a big help to all of us beginners out here. I’m just at the very beginning getting started trying to gather supplies, etc. I’m starting late in life but I’ve always wanted to do nails and just never did. It would be really helpful if you would be so kind to post a link to the practice hands that you think would be the best one for us to purchase and practice on as your expert advice would be most appreciated and I too am also interested to know what you set your practice hand in while doing nail videos for us. Even though we are in a middle of so many thing going on here in California with the fires and pandemic I have been doing good trying to stay positive and look for the good in the bad. Luckily my husband is able to work while I stay at home doing my part to get our kids through distance learning and after not doing nails for about 6 years I am finally going back to practice and looking for inspiration in your videos. My favorite so far is getting to see how you opened your salon and the fact that your husband was supporting you and motivating you to do better.

Hi Vee, my Family and I are in the rural mid west and have been fortunate that COVID is not as prevalent in our area, so far (knock on wood). It pains me to see all the suffering from this all over the world and I hope we get through it sooner rather than later. Can’t wait to try this! Babygirl and I are hanging in there. It’s been rough.. our fridge broke - lost all our food - replaced it - then a week later hit with the hurricane lost power 3 days lost food again 🙄. Kids will be remote again in the fall - so working FT from home and homeschooling my daughter as a single parent it’s tough. I love not only how from the beginning you have always been so honest about being a REAL life nail tech with accidents, things not working out and being human learning your craft. It 100% keeps me motivated to not ever give up when something doesn't go as I planned. It always helps me keep in mind that it's art! I'm so thankful for this technique! I'm am doing good!! I did start doing my own nails since everything shut down once they reopen I was still set on still practicing and doing my own nails. Watching your videos and others video that is what keeps me going being able to do my own nail designs You are awesome at what you do thank you for being here!!🤍

just bought a ton of press ons!!! and transfer foils!!! cannot wait! the possibilities are endless 💕 been sitting around like a potato all year and then found myself purchasing more and more press ons and then thought - why not create my own? thank you Vee ❤️❤️

I’m doing okay , taking it all day by day trying to be positive. Pandemic has me working from home since March now and with 3 kids and a needy man it’s hard lol . Remote school just started yesterday so just trying not to loose my mind by watching your videos 😅☺️ thank you for sparking my nail interest💓

Hello! Been working from and staying home mostly. Watching your videos and learning tips and tricks has really gotten me interested in doing nails more. It's always been something I have enjoyed but never really was one of my main hobbies. Your videos are so inspiring and really make me want to try new things. You are SO talented! Anyone who does art/crafts and practices their skills, taking that time for yourself and staying creative whether you are a professional or not is so important :)

You do beautiful work. As for me during this pandemic, I love being home with my sons. I have a opportunity to actually learn who my sons are also I can finally able to rest! I’m learning who I am and what I like. I’ve started school to become a nail technician and I graduate the first week of September 🤗🤗so this pandemic has been a blessing in disguise for me. Also my mother, sister and I have really grown closer during this time. I pray that you and your family is doing well.

Happy Thursday, I am doing fairly well during this time. I'm staying home mostly my husband and I both have severe auto immune diseases so we have to b super careful with every thing going on and I luv doing NAILS I am trying to work on getting stuff to practice. I get so happy when ur videos come out u have really helped me. It's the 1 thing I can do with arthritis and lupus so a big THANK U from the bottom of my heart. Hope u and ur family r doing well.
