Tushar gandhi ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि राजनाथ सिंह पूरा सच नहीं बता रहे हैं. उन्होंने आगे कहा कि वास्तव में सावरकर की शख्सियत महान नहीं बल्कि अंग्रेजों से माफ़ी मांगने वाले शख्स की है

@Raj Sharma Tell me why didn't Gandhi and Nehru get Kalapani for 50 years? Tell me why did Gandhi and Nehru want to give dominion status to the British. Tell me why did Nehru get all the 5 star facilities in prison. Tell me why did Nehru get a mercy petition for release written by his father Motilal while being lodged at Nabha prison despite getting all the 5 star facilities there? Tell me how come a poltical party that was established by a gora A.O. Hume claim to represent national interest. While Nehru and his family were licking British boots, Savarkar was bumping off oppressive British officers. Hence, Savarkar got kalapani while Nehru got 5 star treatment at prison. That's why Savarkar was "Veer".

Also he is a writter, use to write articles for newspaper, and have better communication skills. At no point it can be ignored that Mahatma Ghandhi Ji was the Better leader.

@@adichauhan3713 Savarkar wrote letters in 1913,1914 for begging for release from prison, Gandhi was nowhere in India, how could Savarkar and brothers meet him then? It was Savarkars younger brother N DSavarkar who desperately wrote to Gandhi when Savarkars release was not considered even when he wrote for remission and pardon on occasion of Prince of Wales visit to India in 1921, Just read the records, not the bullshit of illiterate trumpeteers. Savarkars letter was Forwarded to Secretary to the Government of India, Shimla by R F Lewis, Govt House, Port Blair,Andaman Islands on 3rd of Oct 1914 vide letter no 821/XXVII-7(12) thru which he offered to volunteer for British side, fighting in War and to release him for such. Home dept,Shimla reverted back to Superintendent of Port Blair, on 5th November 1914 vide letter no 2303 regarding Vinayak Damodar Savarkars plea for release on ground of volunteering his services, and general release of seditious prisoners being based on entirely false promise,a note dated 26-10-1914 was also jotted about Government of India find it impossible to give any consideration whatever to the proposals contained to it.

@@rajeshsinha8228 Read Gandhi's article in his newspaper Young India. Besides, Savarkar never apologised or begged. Nowhere do his letters contain the same. Petition does not amount to begging. It is a legal right. Not different from bail petition or parole petition.

The same Netaji Bose who was called a war criminal publicly by Gandhi and Nehru at the behest of the British? Who wanted to give dominion status to the British? Who insisted Indians should become a part of the 1st World War? The difference between Gandhi and Savarkar is of an impractical idealist and a tactical, practical nationalist.

We should stop calling him Veer. He was good at writing letters of forgiveness to the British. Savarkars grandson sounds aggressive and Tushsr Gandhi is so soft the Gandhi way. Comparing Shaheed Bhagat Singh with Savarkar is a non starter. They should not be named in the same breadth. Savarkar was definitely involved in murdering Gandhiji.

It was neither Gandhi nor Savarkar who gave Independence to India, it was because of WW2 which broke the European powers and were forced to leave colonies.

He called 1857 revolt as 1st war of independence , asked Swaraj (he was 1st) and his writing inspired extremist and revolutionary leader including great bhagat singh And there are many social and political level initiative he took

@Kapil Sharma In 1922 he cane out of jail and he wrote his "Essentials of Hindutva" that formulated his theory of Hindutva and advanced the slogan "Hinduize all Politics and Militarize Hindudom" He became president of Hindu Mahasabha and worked against caste based discrimination (during this time he meet dr ambedkar N gandhi) He worked preached among Hindu youth and wanted them to have compulsory military training He left QIM 1942 bcz gandhi denounced his idea of militarisation of youth to counter Japan invasion at that time When Veer Savarkar was in jail, his brother wrote to Gandhi for help and Gandhi told he can't do much and advice to write mercy petition He denounced religion dogmas such as cow praying or meat eating was wrong or child marriage/widow marriage

@Kapil Sharma after jail became president of Hindu Mahasabha n then 1) Militarisation of Hindu to fight against British guerrilla warfare via Mitra mela. 2) Openly opposed Congress and Gandhi on division of India and started sabha among youths. 3)In Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha he emphasized denounced religious dogmas eg caste system, cow worship etc and coined idea of "Akhand Bharat"(he was the first) 4)Unlink Gandhi initially he wanted Quit India Movement should be militant based movement as he doesn't believed in British.

@Kapil Sharma go read Bipin Chandra and Sekhar Bandyopadhyay books clearly mentioned 1)INA formed in 1942 in Africa and actively participated in India 1946 and Savarkar came to know about it in 1945 so it make impossible for him to help British on top of that he was not allowed to travel in foreign lands. 2) It's well know fact that father of "Two nation theory" is Jinnah not Savarkar and atlast phase of independence war Gandhi support Jinnah theory although initially he was disagree with it but Savarkar never supported it. He was 1st to reject Mountbatten Plan 3)You think he did nothing for nation and only for Hindu but 1947 Hindu population was 86% and other were 14% So you thinking doing work for 14% more important than doing work for 86% Hindu at that time formed India and doing work for hindu is doing work for India. 4)Best thing is he was not busy sleeping with his niece in the name of experiment "Din mein salt Raat mein assault" aka MK Gandhi

@Kapil Sharma 1) In Khilafat movement 1919-24 Gandhi and INC congress supported Muslim league despite of clearly opposed by INC leaders saying to Gandhi it has nothing to do with Indian freedom and more about religion aspect Fact of matter Gandhi was 1st to run behind Muslim league 2)In 1st World War Gandhi fully unconditionally supported British was that mean he was agent of British Crown or enemy of INA
