Hare Krishna!!
Try out this superb Veg Biryani which has a delicious Veg Biryani which has a fabulous aromatic creamy vegetables combined with spiced aromatic rice to give a royal touch to the Veg Biryani.
Servings: 6
Ingredients-
2 cups cabbage
Oil for frying the cabbage
For the rice:
2 litres Water
2 cups Basmati Rice
4 Green cardamom
2 Kopek Buds
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
1 Star anise
4 to 5 Black peppercorns
2 strands of mace
2 Cloves
1 tsp Shahi Jeera
3 Lemon slices
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
For Vegetable Marination:
1 cups Beans
1 cup Carrots
1½ cup Cauliflower florets
½ cup Green peas
1 chopped capsicum
1 cup fresh curd
Salt to taste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp ginger paste
2 slitted green chillies
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
½ cup chopped mint leaves
½ cup fried cabbage
For Biryani:
3 tbsp Oil
3 cardamom pods
2 cloves
2 Bay leaves
2 strands of mace
1 star anise
4 to 5 black peppercorns
1 tsp Shahi Jeera
2 pureed tomatoes
4 tbsp fried cashew nuts
Some mint leaves
7 to 8 Saffron strands
¼th cup hit milk for soaking saffron strands
1 tbsp Kewra water
1½ tbsp Ghee
