For Dough -
✔️2 Cup maida
✔️ Salt to taste
✔️2 tbsp curd
✔️water
✔️1tsp Oil
For Marinate -
✔️3tbsp curd
✔️1tsp Red chilli powder
✔️1/4tsp turmeric powder
✔️1/2tsp garam masala
✔️1tsp Chat masala
✔️1tsp ginger paste
✔️1tsp green chilli paste
✔️ Salt to taste
✔️2spoon roasted chana powder
✔️100 gm paneer cubes
For Frankie masala -
✔️2tbsp Coriander seeds
✔️1tbsp cumin seeds
✔️12- 15 black pepper cons
✔️1tsp turmeric powder
✔️2tsp red chilli powder
✔️¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
✔️½tsp garam masala
✔️½ tsp amchoor
✔️½ tsp salt
For chilli vinegar
✔️4-5 green chilli
✔️salt to taste
✔️4 spoon vinegar
For Potato filling
✔️2tbsp oil
✔️1tsp ginger paste
✔️1tsp chopped chilli
✔️2 tsp coriander powder
✔️1tsp red chilli powder
✔️¼ tsp hing
✔️½ cup fresh tomato puree
✔️5 potato (boiled and mashed)
✔️1tbsp coriander leaves
✔️2tsp frankie masala
For Paneer Filling
✔️1tbsp oil
✔️ Marinated paneer
✔️1sliced onion
✔️1 sliced capsicum
✔️ salt to taste
✔️1 tsp frankie masala
For assembling
✔️1 tbsp butter
✔️half cooked roti
✔️potato mix
✔️paneer mix
✔️chopped onion and coriander
✔️frankie masala
✔️chilli vinegar
