Ingredients: For filling: Cabbage - 1/2 Carrot -2 Capsicum -1 Spring onion - 2 Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 10-12 cloves Green chili - 2 Oil - 2 spoons Salt - ½ spoon Black pepper powder - ½ spoon For Dough : All purpose flour - 400 gm Salt - ½ spoon Water - as required

For new people, When you are done chopping up the veggies put them in a seperate bowl and add salt ,then squeeze them to remove excess water and then cook it Thanks

@@Shubhangi_upadhyay2798 It's not completely healthy but compared to other oily fried snacks it's definately a healthier option! You can replace the maida dough with atta dough and it will be good to go

Believe me on this guys you don't need this much of ingredients for making a tasty momo I'm from arunachal and we just use cabbage onion and salt for filling even for veg momo
