Ingredients Basmati Rice - 200 g Water Soak 30 minutes Oil - 3 Tbsp Ghee - 1 Tbsp Cumin - 1 Tsp Cinnamon - 1 Inch Star Anise - 1 Cardamom Pods - 2 Cloves - 3 Cashew - 2 Tbsp Onion - 1 (medium size) Curry Leaves - 2 Carrot - 1 Potato - 1 Green Peas - 1/4 Cup (soak overnight) Chilli - 5 Mint Leaves - 2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves - 2 Tbsp Ginger - 1 Tbsp Meal Maker - 1/4 Cup Salt - 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tsp Water (for 1 glass of rice - 1 full glass and 3/4 glass of water) Shajeera - 1/2 Tsp Bay Leaf - 1 Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp Add boiling water Close the Lid and Cook on Low Flame until the total water evaporates (15 to 20 minutes)
