Ingredients:
Warm Water - ½ cup
Yeast - 1 ½ tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Maida - 1 ½ cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder / Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Water to knead a dough
Oil - 2 tsp
Harrisa Sauce - 2 tbsp
Eggless Mayonnaise - ½ cup
Garlic - 1 clove
Butter - 2 tbsp
Haldi Powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder = ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Salt - to taste
Kasoori Methi - ¼ tsp
Paneer - 100g cubes
Corn Meal - to roll
Cheese - 50g
Butter - to apply around 4 tbsp melted

Microwave mode will not brown but 3 minutes. If convection mode is being used then 20 mins, after preheating in same temperature

You're better off using a pressure cooker / salt in the base method to bake this instead of microwave. non-convection microwave can not be used for baking, it just won't work.

Tried today it was finger licking good, 😋, yummy. I customised as per our taste i used tandoori mayo, paneer, colored capcicum and onion as stuffing.... i used 50% whole wheat flour and 50% maida...

I tried this recipe today with a little modification as some ingredients were not available. Turned out very well. One tip I want to give to other who are going to try out this recipe: Better to remove the seeds from the chillies before running them in the mixer. It may take extra 5 minutes but well worth the time.

I tried this recipe today. It came out really well. Maida dough became slightly more soft, but the taste n texture was seriously very tasty. Especially home made harissa paste. Thanks for the recipe.

It was delicious but not exactly the Dominos one. Bake it on Convection for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
