I always sub silken tofu for cashews with no problem in sauce recipes. And green olives work fine as sub for capers too. I'm going to try this and also add in some Old Bay seasoning. Thanks for the recipe!

I love your recipes! I’ve been doing this lifestyle for almost two weeks now. I’ve been vegan for 10 years but the last few years I went unhealthy and gained a bunch of weight. I made this for dinner this evening. They were quite good. I used "blackened" old bay and it added a kick of cayenne in the mix. The remoulade was a nice accompaniment. I will make the one last crab cake for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for a nice recipe.

So excited for the new cookbook! My soy sensitivity has crossed into a chickpea sensitivity, so now I can’t have chickpeas. Could I double the hearts of palm, or maybe substitute some kind of white beans? I love your channel! You are awesome , beautiful, and my favorite vegan onKZfaq! Let’s see I would try some white beans you may need to add more bread crumbs because they are more watery than chickpeas but I think they should work! And thank you for your kind words 💕

Yum! I will definitely be making these! When I make patties like that, I use an ice cream scoop with the lever I think it's easier than a measuring cup. I'm so excited for your cookbook. I plan to start the meal plan on July 10th lol.

Kiki if you will Cover a wide mouth jar lid and ring with plastic of choose then Pack the mix inside the lid and mash it tight you can turn the patty out of the lid and the plastic will dump it for you perfectly .

The publisher isn’t the one who provides that, it’s another company and they did that for my last book on Amazon…if you go to my listing there’s a spiral bound option, I imagine they will do that for the new one as well:)
