I feel like her saying “let’s see your belly” isn’t a good way to get someone to be vegan. Showing off how skinny you are to someone who has struggled with weight issues is something I don’t agree with. Veganism can be very harmful to a lot of people. It's better to be vegan in principle but eat meat once a week or at least once a month to make sure you get all the nutritions you need.

I’ve been vegan since august 2019 now and my family always tells me that I’m not saving any animals because there are still more people who eat meat and that I’ve eaten meat for longer of my life than I’ve been vegan but it’s something I want to keep going with.. it’s just hard when there’s so much negativity and no support from anyone at all. 😔✌🏽
