My FAVORITE video of all time! I LOVE this technique and I use it often....people are puzzled when they ask me how I did it and are amazed when I say "with glue and a paper bag"! LOL

love vegan leather & this journal cover is to die for! i just made a composition book cover for my mom in a different style. i edged about every 10 to 15 pages in the composition book with the 1/8" to 1/4" by 10" inch trim strips left over from trimming papers. they really give a nice hard edge to the papers & can be used like dividers.

I thought this looked cool so I tried it. My pieces turned out awesome! I can’t stop making them now. I turn them into little bitty “leather” booklets. Also I tried something else... old leather usually has a bit sheen on it so I covered mine in a light coat of matte Mod Podge and now they look even more like old leather. I thought it’d make them too stiff, but nope! They’re still supple and they not only look more like leather but feel like it as well. Thanks for the great ideas, Lorriemarie!
