Same happened with my Realme 7 pro Sunkissed edition. I used to use the back cover after 6 months the back cover became yellow so I started to use it naked soon the leather started to peel off.

@GyanTherapy: I am one of the subscribers of yours. I have been watching your videos since 2019. I have seen your growth exponentially. I pray to almighty god that your channel prospers a lot and you reach 10 Million Subscribers soon. I have seen a lot of mobile reviews of phones and some are good at Battery Backup and some are good at performance and some phones have very good cameras. But we as consumer feels cheated at times even after shelling out our hard-earned money for a good phone. But we have to compromise on certain key features. Isn't it possible to customize our phones like we do with our gaming PC where we customize our build as per our choice. Please make a detailed video and let all the leading mobile phone manufacturers know that the customer needs a customized phone as per their requirements. I know Indian customers are willing to pay more for a phone which has all the best features available in the market.

It's one of those cases where aesthetic choices can cost durability. It's just like glass back which can shatter on impact, but still used by people for the premium feel. Experienced users can still use it without cover for that in hand feel.

@@riddikulus1432Well it depends on which offline store you are visiting across India. It will be better if you wait for some time and purchase s21 fe in festive sales. Sorry to say brother/sister, currently procuring s21 fe (8/256) snapdragon version at 24k is quite difficult. Well you can either purchase Samsung a53 renewed one around 22k or purchase Vivo s27 phone at around 24 k with some bank discounts. If you can exchange your old phone then you might get s21 fe (8/256) snapdragon 888 version but there are 90%+ chances that you will get an international model and let me remind you that smartphones brands don't provide reparing services for international models. If you get an indian brand from any offline store,then the chances of getting fooled by the shopkeeper in your scenario increases to 10 times than a normal consumer. Don't make rash decisions while purchasing the smartphone because it's your hard earned money.

First phone that introduced Vegan leather back was Galaxy Note 3 and Note 3 Neo. They had leather like finish and stitch marks in the edges and it looked super premium. It was actually applied on a plastic back. Not all Vegan leather backs are same. Some are soft and some feels like plastic

Note 3 was plastic back with Leather design. Which made it durable, it didn't use any vegan leather. But these phones are using actual Vegan leather.

@@AkashYadavOriginal the leather on note 3 was infact Faux leather which is vegan leather. They're not using any animal based leather. Leather finishes are generally applied on the plastic back only

back cover is a must whether it is glass,plastic or leather back. It not only protects the phone but also keeps it in gud condition for many yrs. And same goes for screen guard.

You missed one more important point. The in-hand feel and grip of leather back is very good which is my top reason to go for the leather back. But if you put a back cover on that then no use of buying leather back. My opinion. Let me know you have agree or have a different opinion.

Best back panels imo for phones used to be metal. Yes, you lose out on wireless charging, but its more durable than glass.

Back in 2014 my father had a phone called Wiko Getaway and that phone has a leather like back and my father accidentally broke the phone and you wouldn't believe but the back was actually like leather back in 2014 and even if it broke there was no scratches on the back at all. And the phone was very much good according to the design and look was little premium. As it was not possible to repair the phone because the phone was not available in India and you can't even buy it in India, you need to go to Europe or UAE to buy it, so the repair was impossible because of parts.

I have been using a vegan lether phone with a case ( Realme 7 pro sun kissed lether edition) for 3 years and not even a single scartch yet, and looks premium too. Can buy a vegan leather phone if you use it with a case.

if u know it used to come in samsung galaxy note 3 series with leather back which was one the best backpanel smartphones i have used in terms of feel and looks. it was also very hard in the sense it never got scratched or torn away like this

The issue with the Vegan Leather these phones use is usually made of the pvc material which is very scratch prone in general. The more plant based ones probably stand this damage better. Also, for everyone wondering why actual leather isn't used: first of all, leather is ethically a disgusting product, but even if you don't care about that, leather is a very highly insulating material and traps heat (which is why, as Rakesh sir said, people in cold parts of the world prefer it for winter clothes, because a thin layer can trap a lot of heat) because of which it'll absolutely destroy the thermal efficiency of your smartphone.

According to Google, Veganism matlab - the practice of eating only food not "DERIVED" FROM ANIMALS and typically of avoiding the use of other animal products. Let's see non vegan things- Ghee, butter,curd, milk, cheese, paneer,honey, chicken,egg,fish, mutton,beef(I don't eat it),baaki mujhe yaad nhi aa raha. BTW I prefer "A balanced diet over a vegan diet." Nonveg Products- Leather(belt, shoes, jacket, bagpacks,seat covers,etc) , creams that are animal tested, oils that are obtained from animals, supplements extracted from animal organ. Availablity - Cold countries don't have the luxury to cultivate n harvest like our country does, there, meat is feasible than green eateries , there Veganism is more of a choice coz its expensive not easily feasible . Choice vs Necessity -Veganism leads to mineral deficiency so u need supplements which are expensive as u might be knowing. Now, tell me how much population can afford heath supplements on a daily basis. Environment - u r nature lover I guess, I HOPE u use solar energy instead of coal electricity , u don't use petrol/diesel but electric vehicle, u don't use natural gas but solar appliances, u don't use freeze,ac, heater- coz they have harmful gases for environment , u don't use 4g/5g network coz High frequency interrupts with birds n bees Lives just like ROBOT 2.0, u don't use factory made goods but handmade coz factories emit a significant amount of harmful gases n wastes. Ur being vegan is a PRIVILEGE, not a necessity. Not everyone can afford being a Vegan if u truly know what being vegan is. U called me an egoistic for not accepting the reality, but u r not HUMBLE either for seeing only a side of the coin. I M NOT SAYING U R WRONG,but I still believe it's about CHOICE. NON VEG INDUSTRY IS NOT ALONE responsible for environment, its a WHOLE. Just like people bash Indians for cracking fireworks on diwali but never blame automobiles, chimney owners,coal mines, factories, Power Plants,etc. Lastly, U R A HYPOCRITE NARCISSIST for educating me while u yourself know what you r. Fun fact; Veganb leather phones get brittle with age, very difficult to keep spotless when going for an exchange offer. Glass is easy to keep scratch free, clean easily without causing damage and gets damaged only when dropped on hard surface. So use a hard case in both scenarios, but no matter how well you try to preserve ur phone for a future exchange or re-sale, u cant keep a vegan leather or leather phone brand new looking for long. If u try to clean it aggressively before a resale, u'll end up chipping off the layers - so dont do it , just accept the scuff marks and dirt spots on it, negotiate as much as possible for the best price and move on.

Secondly, kya dusre leather products ki tarah ise mainta karne ke liye leather conditioner or wax use karna padhega? Gaming or charging ki time jo heat hota hain, ya phir zada garmi Mein, usse kya iska paste kharab ho sakta hain?

hello I regularly watch your youtube channel and the videos are really good I have a question for buying a new phone I want to buy an android phone near to 25000 I have shortlisted a few options for next 2-3 years of usage and camera, display and battery are main priorities as I do not use the phone for gaming so average performance would be fine (obviously not a lagging phone after 3 years) but rather media consumption and photos are main things I want to use it for I found all these phones around 25000 in good used conditions #1 Samsung S21 #2 Samsung S21 FE (Exynos version) #3 Pixel 6 I might also get Motorola Edge 40 near to 25000 in sale but I have not used curved display previously and I do not want a too large screen either if you have any other option apart from the ones mentioned above, please suggest

Also app agar serious gaming karte ho ( esports) mobile me tabtoh aapka gaming experience v hamper kar skta he vegan leather. Pehle jo aate the asus ke mid range phones wo zenphone lazer (mujhe naam dhang se yaad nahi) uske back ka material aacha tha it was cheap but didn't feel cheap when using it (rubber ka tha i think)
