So my husband wanted Shrimp and Grits tonight and I thought🤔 grits sound good!! So I figure let me make a vegan version!! Quick grits by Quaker, seasoned with nutritional yeast Earth Balance Vegan butter, and A1 Dry rub garlic and herbs. Sautéed some peppers, onions, spinach, sundried tomato, Field Roast Grain Meat Apple Sage sausage topped with some Follow Your Heart Fiesta blend vegan cheese🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 let’s do this!! We got options y’all!!! .... oh and shout out to DeAngelo Trent for my Amazing T-shirt!

I burst into tears when blackie tried to kiss her and when it didn't work he hugged her! Blackie said he sorry and to stop being mad at him. My heart can't take it. The cuteness is real in these streets. Tabitha I appreciate you helping those who want to live healthier know that vegan food can be fun to make and delicious! I'm not going vegan but my fruit and vegetable meal preps are definitely going to be different!

It does look good. I am going to try that recipe but maybe not with the sun-dried tomato because I'm not paying $16 for it. I love tomatoes I might just chop up fresh 🍅.

Tab your videos give me Hope as a new vegan one month after years being a soul food cook my spirit said girlllll you bought to be 60 live and not Die but its crazy I started out plant based no oil and girllll it wasn't working,i just got to pray that God help us with some Healthy oils I got rid of the animal flesh and fish flesh its hard with the oil but I believe it will get better keep those videos coming amen.
