This is basically the new replacement for Bally's Sterling Brunch and I approve. M Resort's regular buffet has been top tier for ages and this one will be no different,

I had to watch with no sound so as not to bother others. I really enjoyed the looks on your face as you attempted to snap the crab legs and extract the meat without getting the liquid all over the place! Keep up the good work!

I always wanted to try that buffet. I know $99 is expensive, but if you think about it 4 lobster tails would cover that price and never mind the beef wellington, prime rib, lamb etc. Thanks for taking those of us that will prolly never get to go there lol

Hey Danny Thanks for not editing out my shout out. It was my very first KZfaq shoutout. it was fun. The weird sauce by the Prime Rib fooled me too. It was nasty. Ruined the flavor of the Roast Beef. Anthony's is my favorite buffet, right now along with the Lunar New Year special buffet at the Jasmine. It was a pleasure to see you over there as well. We seem to enjoy the same foods. Hope to bump into you again on my next trip to Las Vegas

Ever notice, most omlette stations don't offer garlic??? That would give omlettes more flavor

This place has been known to be the best for this Sunday Brunch. They make sure the items are cooked in small batches to ensure the highest quality given for the items to not be sitting there for long periods. The quality of meats and seafood is definitely worth the price for the extremely long RSVP. The cost of 99 seems expensive but what is offered it’s worth the price. Definitely recommend to do. Glad you were able to go.

Danny, don't tell anyone, but the hostess told us people do cancel at the last minute and it is worth it to call in the morning to see if they have any openings.

Just wondering when you will be going back for more crab and beef Wellington. Since you are now living in Las Vegas, see if you can get on their call list if they have any last minute cancellations. This place reminds me of the Sterling Brunch which was top shelf before Covid. Glad Tung was able to join you for this special buffet. Good sushi is hard to find on any buffet so another reason to go back.

That would be vanilla custard sauce (crème anglaise) for the bread pudding. Excellent choice for a Sunday brunch.

For a $99 price you may not want to eat for 48 hours before you attend the buffet. That way you can get your monies worth of food. Great looking food. I suspect that the high rollers at the M do not have to book a table 8 months ahead. Hi Tung! Glad to see you as well and hope you enjoyed your buffet. It isn't the largest buffet in Vegas but it has all the highlights so it is kind of an all star buffet with just the best of the best. I am especially interested in the beef Wellington and the french style lamb chops.

In the Middle East , North Africa , Turkey . Pepsi is served with a full slice of lemon , floating on top in a glass to offset the sweetness . When i worked in a motorcycle shop if we ran out of penetrating oil we used Coke .

I can't drink soda anymore but I was a 'neither' lol. I don't like coke or pepsi, I feel like they leave a filmy taste in the mouth. But to answer ur question, I was a major sprite/clear soda drinker before my whole life.... U have more patience for crab legs than I do lol. I don't feel like it's enough meat to be worth all the work to get to it. But that's just me. I'm like that about all the small meat portion seafoods (Crawfish etc).... I agree the beef Wellington by Gordon Ramsay must be better than that one. I've never had his beef Wellington but I would have loved to try it. The prime rib looks dryyyy..... And Hi Tung!!!

Not worth the $. Was there for Sunday brunch. Lobster cold, over cooked. Crab legs were frozen. Couldn't get meat out of the shell. I have to tell the truth.
