The best thing that I like about Sony Vegas is the workflow and accessibility. Coming from someone who has used both Adobe and Sony Vegas, jumping into Vegas is a whole lot easier than jumping into Adobe. With Adobe, you almost feel like there is this huge wall to climb before you even start to do basic edits due to all the different keyboard shortcuts that you feel like you have to learn to get a decent workflow. Sony Vegas doesn't require that and at the same time allows you to work fast and efficiently with its great user interface.

This program looks amazing! I am an aspiring cinematographer and have just recently begun to work on my videos at the beginning of summer. I have an old adobe program but compared to this it seems to be nothing. I have still yet to try this Vegas Pro 15 but every tutorial video I watch makes me want to buy it more and more. So many options even some I wasn't aware of made me mentally mortified at start, but with some practice I went from taking hours just to edit to pumping out videos in 30 min in my main channel. I have been using different editing software programs over the past few months and I've not found some of them to be easy to use an some of them are downright difficult.... really advanced to work with for someone who is just doing some short video blogs about life! Your tutorial is making it sound very easy to get started with Vegas.... there are some neat video effects and the audio effects sound really easy to work with... It sounds ideal for me, I hope I would win the giveaway. And really well done on these tutorials... I must watch more of them

it's just a great ass program. there's nothing like it and obviously becoming a "youtuber" would be a great hobby to start and with something like this, it's a great head start. this will very much get overlooked but overall it's a fairly well sought out tutorial.

HAVING gPU acceleration now working on Vegas pro 15 will make life so much better. It's like having a dream come true.

I prefer Vegas 15 because of its new UI. I spend a lot of time editing videos, and dark UIs don't make my eyes hurt (like light UIs do), so I really appreciate this feature.

I have used the free trials of these software editing tools, and found them to be the best to my liking. I ended up purchasing Vegas 14.0, and it corrupted my computer, and I had to reformat my hard-drive. I also returned the software and got my money back from MAGIX. Unless they have fixed the problems with their software downloads, I would not purchase Vegas online again. I'm not the only who had this problem, there were many others. Great software. Very user friendly, and one of the best on the market I think. I hope they have their issues worked out with downloading. Good Luck!!!

I personally think that Vegas Pro 15 is amazing based on the free trial. I love that it has so many stunning features, and being able to get the full version for free would change my life. I've always wanted to create videos for a living and Vegas Pro 15 is the editing software that will best help me do that. I'm not that wealthy so i currently use free software which i thought was good, but after using this I feel like i only have the smallest fraction of the true experience. I've been using 12 and it works well. Upgrading to 32 gb of ram helped a lot. Having 15 as a give away would mean I don't have to risk my liberty and reputation by 'downloading' 15 🙀

I would really like to have this software because i love editing! I start editing a years ago with some basic software and i want to move with the professional one. First of all thanks for this opportunity!Now let's get to the real deal, there are a lot of features that I really like in the new version of Vegas Pro.The new UI of it is soo cool and it's user-friendly, the new modes especially the dark mode gives you a sleek feeling. Been using the 11.0 for my pc since vegas eats up the ram like a monster not to mention that I got it for umm..i...nvm xD. So the new improvement for its hardware acceleration will definitely help me with my problem. I'm currently using vegas for my school works, last time I used the picture and picture and the 2nd old way was the method I used xD, it's really hard to crop the frame and it really is confusing haha. With the new ofx plugin and crop ofx plugin, it makes everything easier and without hassle. The new instant freeze frame will help me in focusing and give emphasis like showing who is this character then put some text below or somewhat like that. The built-in social media uploading feature can help me in uploading my work to my facebook and youtube account without hassle like rendering then dragging and dropping it to the uploader. The new LUT OFX plug-in is helpful for those who have professional cameras, unfortunately, I only have a sony digi cam but soon I'll be able to have one of those so I can use it with this plugin. The new selectively paste event attributes is useful for me in duplicating some of the effects without having the trouble to delete the stuff that I don't want. Definitely never heard of this aces 1.0 for vegas but I am sure it can help me balance my clips, especially if my camera is low-bat I use my friends' camera which results to the clips getting unbalanced. Hopefully, I'll win this giveaway so I can have the "legit" version of vegas pro and so I can enhance my video editing skills. Especially that my school's intramurals are about to start and I have to edit a teaser for my team haha xD. Cheers and more power to you TeraBrite.

Hopefully someone can help me with this. If I am shooting my video at 50mbps, does that mean when I render the video the maximum bps should be 50 and the average should be half of what my mbps is? Or should I have them both set to 50?

The reason I need a Vegas Pro 15 is because I think it is user friendly, and it can help me towards my passion in video editing. I can be a master of video editor by having a vegas pro 15 and visit this channel from time to time. in addition I'm a student that have an interest towards filmography, and up until now I always use the open source software such as windows movie maker despite the temptation of downloading a prestigious professional software out there. I've been saving money from the release of vegas pro 14 in hoping to get the vegas pro 14, but even until the release of vegas pro 15 I still can't afford it :( I hope the odds will be on my favor! I am currently using Movie Studio 14 platinum for my videos but magix haven't bothered to integrate support for newer graphics cards, so even though I have gpu acceleration enabled none of the codecs are updated to be able to make use of my graphics card. I would love to win Vegas Pro 15 simply because it will enable me to use my systems full potential and save tons of time. As a student I don't have a ton of money to spend on software which is why I went for Movie Studio 14, winning Vegas Pro 15 would really decrease the time I spend rendering which would mean more time to edit in my spare time and more incentive to create content with my friends.

I can't help but notice the poor video quality on this video. I've been having the same problem trying to edit my videos as well. In the preview everything is very low quality and I was wondering if there was any way to fix that
