I would die a happy woman if Jensen put out an album. Sometimes I wonder if he's only comfortable with singing for people who already love him, and maybe he wonders if he's really as good as we think he is. If so, wouldn't going on The Voice be a fun solution? I bet they'd let him audition, and when all the chairs turn, he could be assured he's the real deal and give us our record. :D He could just tell them that he just wanted to know, and not do the whole show because he doesn't have time. Ratings boost for the auditions!

SPN DOES have at least two occasions where Dean sings. But unlike Jensen Dean can't sing lD (My headcanon is that he's faking it though. To annoy Sam lol. And for other reasons.) Must have been hard for Jensen to pretend like he can't sing when in reality he's such an amazing voice.

i have a small tiny neat story about this song: i was hired to work on their 2016 christmas charity merch campaign and i used this song for one of the videos i cut together. jensen later told me that was where he first heard the song and what him pick this for his sns performance :) pretty neat
