We've all done that...could've finished ahead, but kept pushing and lost it all back. Sorry for the loss. I couldn't trigger the hold and spin either, but I only lost 299.99, so I feel better about it now, LOL. Hopefully next time is better for you!

I do this sometimes, every 20-30 spins without a bonus, pull out the player's card and re-insert it....sometime even every 10 spins. Make the machine think a new player has sat down to change the odds. Lots of times I'd get a bonus in next 3 spins.
