According to a different thread. Ian Flynn who is the writer for the Archie comics said the data is BS. However considering that Silver went up against literal super deities in the Archie comics who are capable of borderline outer-verse level shit. I can see why Trunks lost regardless of accuracy. So either someone doesn’t remember what they wrote or we just got fanboys being fanboys in the comments. Because the feats for Archie characters are so stupid that they’re banned from being mentioned in most forums.

If you saw the statistics in the beginning you would know that the hedgehogs in super mode are able to survive timeline ending events. So unless a ki blast is able to erase an entire timeline then it's most likely not going to do anything to Silver in super.

Y'know, something I've noticed with character channels like Vegeta here when it comes Death Battle videos is that they never watch the pre- or post-fight analysis, so whenever they're like "Character A would kill Character B so EASILY" and then A doesn't kill B in the end, they get all pissy about it. And the thing is, it's kinda amusing at first, but the more often it's done, the more obnoxious it feels. It makes the characters feel inattentive and impatient in my eyes.

@@Comic3665 If it's just normal Z Trunks, ignoring Super and Xeno, then normal game Silver is a fair fight. Silver's telekinesis in general gives Trunks a good run for his money. DBS Trunks high diff wins off Super Saiyan Rage + Sword of Hope and/or Mafuba. I thought Xeno Trunks had this, but once I saw that Silver was effectively a time paradox like Reverse Flash, I knew it was over. Most of Trunks' win-cons come from him not holding back at the start. He can kill Silver at any point provided he prevents Silver from going Super. Past that Trunks rapidly loses ground due to how the Super forms work.

Apparently My Saiyan Prince, This Trunks Is From an Alternate Timeline. He has the Power of the Same Trunks Of The Goku Black Saga, Also Becoming an Officer to The Supreme Kai of Time, The Time Patrol. That Part Where he threw the cards are actually Summon Cards & By the looks of it, It looks like he summoned GT Goku (Hence The Completely Visible Tail) and Pan. The True Reason Trunks Lost is because most of His Attacks Could be Countered. So Both Of Our Disappointment Is Immeasurable.

They have for years. They got butthurt they got called on their DC wank by DB fans and as such have consistently had spite on DB verse for nearly a decade now. Low brow jabs and jokes at the DB fans expense, downplays against DB characters no matter what new forms or abilities they get, and more. Unfortunately Archie Sonic characters are just built different, they literally create and destroy realities on a daily basis. In this case however I'm not sure which version of Silver this was but the fact he conveniently had all the chaos emeralds (Which Knuckles wouldn't even allow usually) and a Soul Emerald (Which Blaze wouldn't allow usually) is actually ridiculous. That aside Trunks should have beaten silver unless it was one of the strongest Archie versions.

Ya know, on one side i completely understand Vegeta being disappointed about the fight, but on the other side, he only watched the fight itself and didn't see the info before or the reason why after the fight when he lost, if he did saw that, maybe it would be a bit understandable why, i mean he even asked what the deal was with those cards, if he saw the beginning, he would have known that this Trunks was not the same Trunks that beat Majin Buu or Goku Black, but was a Time Patrol member, so different Trunks, but then again, that's just me. I hope you can understand it from they're side Prince Vegeta.

It's fax though. Trunks or any dragon ball character for that matter isn't touching Archie sonic at all. You need to see what sonic faces in his reality to realize just how powerful he is. Solaris, a god capable of erasing time lines just by existing. The time eater, a deity who can not only erase time, but bring back stuff that already erased from said timeline (crisis city from 06). Actually no. Super Sonic from the games on his Super form was capable to fight a beast that with only his energy was capable to open the earth's crust which weighs 5.9 sextillion tons on his Super form(Super Sonic from the games is weaker compared to archie Sonic, so you get the drill), if a Super form is capable of beating a beast that can open earth's crust which weighs 5.9 sextillion tons, imagine Silver from the archie comics if you think Trunks was nerfed well here's the deal Silver was also nerfed. Also i want to see a feat where a Dragon ball character show something even more stronger than 5.9 sextillion tons.

I get you're trying to display how powerful Archie characters are, which I agree, but that was a bad example when DB characters have always been known to have high energy surges that mess with a lot of universal fundamentals.
