Ingredients for General Vegetable Stew:
- 400-500 gr zucchini;
- 400-500 gr eggplant;
- 400-500 gr champignon mushrooms;
- 4 medium onions;
- 500 gr new potatoes;
- 300 gr tomatoes;
- 1 liter tomato juice;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 1 bunch of fresh dill;
- 1 bunch of fresh lovage;
- 200 gr carrots;
- 1-2 bell peppers or kapia peppers (omitted in the video);
- a bouquet garni (5 bay leaves, 3 sprigs of lemon or regular thyme, and 1 sprig of rosemary);
- 2 teaspoons of sweet or spicy paprika (as desired);
- 2 teaspoons of salt, or to taste;
- 1 teaspoon of pepper;
It can be served hot or cold, and optionally with sour cream.
