Ingredients
9 zucchini’s
2 white onions
3 orange peppers
3 red peppers
2 jars of Raos Marinara
Olive Oil
Sea Salt (a few dashes)
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Season Salt
Hickory Liquid Smoke
Munkfruit Sweetner
Instructions
1. Chop and dice all your veggies
2. Add olive oil to a large pot that has already been heated on medium heat
3. Then add your peppers and onions to the pot along with a few dashes of salt. Sauté until they are cooked to your preference (I cover my pot with a lid to cook faster , see video for reference)
4.Add you cut zucchini to the peppers and onions and cook a few minutes (be sure to stir as you go)
5. Strain the water off the vegetables and leave them in a strainer while you put the empty pot back on the stove to warm up on medium heat
6. Add olive and 1 jar of Raos marinara sauce to the pot and all the vegetables back in
7. Add the seasons and the rest of the ingredients along with the last jar of Raos marinara  sauce to the pot . Cook until the zucchini is to your liking
