Ghughra is originated from jamnagar it's not his dadi's inovation it's always has this shape and in ghughra filling is made with pudina and kali mirch it has slightly black color aalu filling originally turmeric is not used in it. That's gives it unice test

Even in delhi they used to eat गुज़िया on diwali as sweet but here in jamnagar it is spicy version of gujiya with chutiny😂

Ghughra is basically Gujiya for Delhi the one you guys eat during holi people to understand it’s usually sweet but it’s a new innovation that’s why its called Tikha Ghughra. In Gujarat ghughra is filled with shredded coconut and sugar mixture with dry fruits and all and then fried in ghee or oil that’s basic sweet ghughra but this one is a innovation where in its made tikha(savoury) version with chutneys.

You have good imagination Ghughra is totally different from guniya ghughra is made with aalu filing and black aalu filling beacause pudina kalimirch is used in making that filling and we don't use turmeric in it which gives its unice test and served with sweet sour, and spicy garlic flavor chutney please watch any video of ghughra making before commenting anything

Sorry to say but this is not real Sev khamani, Sev khamani me Peanut oil me Rai jeera hing dalkar chane ki dal ko piskar pakaya jata hai or uske texture Khaman ke chure jaisa ho jata hai uspe Sev , anar dalkar Diya jata hai. Real Sev khamani ke liye visit "Madhi ni khamani or Jalaram Sev khamani" at Surat.
