Tour Scotland video of vehicles driving through a flooding A93 road during heavy rain North of Perth, Perthshire. The A93 is a major road in Scotland and the highest public road in the United Kingdom. It runs north from Perth through Blairgowrie and Rattray, then through the Grampian Mountains by way of Glenshee, the Cairnwell Pass and Glen Clunie to Braemar in Aberdeenshire. At Braemar, the road then switches east down the strath of the River Dee before crossing the A90 and terminating in Aberdeen

It may be from a left hand drive merket. People modifies steering wheel, pedals, and dashboard but wipers, fuel cap and others are left in their original position.

Is not let hand drive, if you pause at 1:43 you can see driver at the right. Most BMW cars had their wipers left this way from Germany (LHD market) it's only in recent years they started to change them to suit the steering wheel. This BMW is a 7 series model from 02-08 so it was of older design

It's much like Russia, except we slow down to 2nd or 1st gear in case the puddle hides one or more potholes. Or we drive around on the drier side.

I could not belive it ive seen deeper water of flooding where landrovers went straight through them and here i just assumed that this was nt so deep on the A93 and the landrover drivers didnt know the capabilities of what their vehicles can do that did annoy me and the refuse bin 26 ton lorry driving slow through it im a 44ton truck driver and that puddle on that dip in the road my volvo FH would of laughed at it at normal 45 to 50mph speed..☺
