7:25 "shaft" is the word you were looming for. the heal is every 2 seconds once fully stacked 22 seconds normally then -1 second each stack totaling -10 but doubled at full stack so -20 off of cooldown.

29:58 it's a cool thing actually. Because you can carry and end the game solo. And you can pick full AP comp if you want. In dota for example you can easily annihilate all enemy team, but you will still lose beacuse turrets takes only phys dmg. This fact alone makes games there unjustifiably long.

Tbh, I feel like RoA is gona be decent on most ap Champs just behave of the healing and the scaling. Viegar, Kasadin, Cassiopeia, and proably a few others are really gona benefit from it cause of just how this item functions. That heal probably needs toned down a lil bit but aside from that I don’t see it becoming a massive problem.

Rod of Ages is with 2 sec CD. 1 sec per stack x 10= 10 sec. At max stacks is double 10x 2= 20 sec. So 22 - 20 is 2 sec CD on the passive.

So a really fun last item for Veigar is Lich Bane! You will destroy towers in like 3 autos. That Xayah would definitely just die to a Q->Auto->Dark Harvest/Lich Bane. Anyone who gets in range of your Q will take that Lich Bane Enhanced Auto attack as well every time. Banshees Veil would have been really solid choice as well!

Hi Zwag, i used to build lichbane on veigar for an entire season. Reason because it scales so well with his passive, you can easily get an extra 500 dmg just from proc the item, because it has a 1.5 cool down, you can lower it with runes and you can start your combo with Q Auto -> go into the rest of your combo by the end you can proc it a second time. It melts squishes in case you miss your spells, it deletes towers, provides move speed. I never understood the actually reason why no one builds or i should say i could never find a viable reason why not to build it. If maybe you could feature it in a vid.
