வெஜிடபிள் வெள்ளை குருமா is an excellent side dish for Chapathi, Idiyappam Idli and especially for parotta. This Saravana Bhavan Style white kurma / Vegetable kurma has all the goodness of coconut, cashew and vegetables.
Ingredients:

Oil - 2 Tbsp Coconut Grated - 3/4 cup
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few Cloves - 3
Onion - 1/2 cup Cardomom - 3
Green chilli - 2 Cinnamon 1" - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbsp Cashews - 1 Tbsp
Carrots - 1/2 cup Khus Khus - 1 Tbsp
Potato - 1 cup Green chilli - 6
Beans - 1/2 cup Water - As required
Peas - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Salt - As required
Coconut Milk - 4 Tbsp
Mint & Coriander leaves
