this is truely eye opening. Instead of constantly hearing the "complaints" of us human destroying planet earth, now seeing how the planet would look like and how the ecosystem would work when we wouldn't interfere the circle of life. Absolutely amazing, 13 minutes is way to short but it opened my eyes that we are on one hell of a mission.

"...when we wouldn't interfere the circle of life..." Virtually no part of land on this globe has not been interfered with in order to suit us humans. With no signs of this trend slowing down, let alone stopping. We love to protect whales and polar bears but eat birds and animals raised and slaughtered in the most cruel fashion. We are an avaricious species that fawns over itself with flowery self praise for our noble regard for nature. If it is any comfort, our species will become extinct the way all others do. And rthe planet will continue to spin, the rain will continue to fall.

The Earth, and almost everything on it is part of one giant living organism. Humans are a virus numbering almost 8 Billion that don’t follow natural laws and are slowly killing the the giant living organism that we call Earth. There, fixed it.

Amazing bit of film - reminds me of Diego Garcia, a coral atoll in the Indian Ocean which I was lucky enough to visit some years back. What hits you is just how incredibly vibrant and diverse nature can be when its not impacted by man.

3:24 "until we can love ourselves we'll have a really hard time taking care of anyone or anything else, and that's been a powerful lesson from nature for me. Spending time in nature is where I really got to know myself, my limits and also what I am capable of. When I see a system that's in balance like this [...] that is just amazing, but we are not gonna see that everywhere until we can kind of come to grips with who we are".
