MASIV KOŠUTE je najmogočnejši in najhomogenejši masiv v osrednjem delu Karavank. Dolg je okoli 10 km in ima kar šest velikih samostojnih vrhov visokih prek 2000 m. Prične se na zahodu nad Ljubeljem in poteka do Kokrškega potoka na vzhodu preko Velikega vrha, Kofce gore in Kladiva. Najvišjo točko doseže v Košutnikovem turnu (2133 mnm). THE KOŠUTE MASSIVE is the largest and most homogeneous mountain massif in the central part of the Karavanke. It is about 10 km long and has as many as six large independent peaks over 2000 m high. It starts in the west above Ljubelj and continues to Kokrški potok in the east via Veliki vrh, Kofca gora and Kladiva. It reaches its highest point in Košutnikov turn (2133 m above sea level).
