Apex Altisaur is "fight up to one" that means it is a "may" effect, you don't have to have it fight anything on its enrage. Also Apex Altisaur+ any indestructable effect makes it a board wipe. There are win cons with Apex altisaur as well with my favorite new one being with the new wrathful raptors.

I might do a Gishath deck tech after I add and tinker with my deck now that we have a bunch of new toys to throw into it. Also there is definitely a possibility where we play with our actual decks down the road! - Hunter

I bought the Pre con and got the alt art Gishath in the booster bundle pack. I reckon Shadow in the Warp would be a nice add. lowers the cost of the first creature by 2 "each turn" and also pings people :P

Beligerent Yearling is even more helpful when you pair it with Skullspore Nexus. When a big dino comes in you ramp BY's power to say 12, use the Nexus to double it to 24 and your opponent has no choice but to kill BY and then he'll come back as a 24/24. BOOM!

Assuming Apex Altisaur has more toughness than anything you might attack, it does act as a very effective wipe. It's life doesn't progressively go down, it resets for each battle.

I left my progenitors icon in. It allows you to proc the pantlaza on their turn on a regular basis

@@ZeroG pantlaza's ability triggers once per *turn*. The idea would be to summon a dino to trigger pantlaza on _your_ turn, pass the turn, use progenitors icon to flash in a dino from your hand on your opponent's turn, which--given it's a new turn--would re-trigger pantlaza. So 4 spells out (2 of which are free) in one of your turns essentially. I've used this strat to flash in and double-summon dinos right at my opponent's end step as the turn was coming back to me so they're off summoning sickness off the rip.

Perhaps you might add a “Suggested Lands” section to replace Basic Lands. I realize this will almost always break the $100 and $300 budgets… …but when I upgrade - I add the lands I have anyways…

I’m ok with the basic lands in the deck but when it comes to upgrading I’ll always remove lands that enter tapped first. -Hunter

As I've made the same mistake and everyone else seems to make the same mistake also - the Apex Altisaur fights UP TO one target. You can also stop..

Could you stack blasphemous act, contest of claws, and heroic intervention? That way you deal 13 damage to any target with your creatures and you keep the board state?

I like it for the flavor just because the dinosaur is on the card. However, I liked the battle a little more than the pump effect if you put 10 mana into it.

I thought about up the beanstalk but ultimately decided against it because it’s a cast trigger and we are trying to cheat out our creatures in other ways. -Hunter

@GuysThatMagic relying on one artifact? Discovers' key text says you may cast that card without paying its mana cost or if not put that card into your hand. Which will trigger both cast and etb effects

Okay I a question om part a league where we pick a orecon from 2023 till now and can upgrade from collector sets packs from 2023 till now so I choose this deck of the good ramp I deck but other than LCI set what other sets will I benefit from??

Just to note, Apex Altisaur does say choose “up to” one for each enrage trigger, so it doesn’t have to fight everything and then die.

Also, with heroic intervention, or any of the other white "all creatures get indestructible" cards out there, this is a one-sided board wipe. Apex Altisaur is staying in mine for sure.

I feel like a huge portion of this video for the deck could have been summed up to I'm cutting the enrage cards and enrage synergies. Ps from the future this precon is skyrocketing, over 100 dollars now and it keeps rising. Enjoy it if you were lucky enough to get it.

I dont really understand why you are removing Apex Altisaur. I think you understod this card wrong. It will not fight until it dies, because it says: It fights "Up to" one target creature. So befor it would die you cant stop the atack. So maybe you will overthink your remove of this card. I think its really strong. You can trigger this efekt every new round when its full on health, and kill so many creatures with it. I think its to good to remove.
