Maybe before Alastor actually went after Zestial and walked away just barely but they grew to respect each other because sometimes fights bring people together. If that’s the case it means Zestial is holding his cards very close and if Velvette has seen it then she’s actually trying to give fair warnings to the fools who would try.

Are you implying that’s what season 2 is going to be? If so I think it’s only going to be the Vees next season sense they were part of the finale/ the show must go on song and maybe it will give us more info on alastor and if he gains his freedom or not. Or if he gets a redemption arc. But either way we will get a lot of information from either outcome in some way
