I love Indian food and now I really want some curry. But I also want to note that the salad looked extremely tasty today. The chef usually whips up a nice salad, but today just seemed extra tasty.

What a good array of vending machines. For the Indian dishes, Biryani is rice cooked in the oven under a curry, not fried, Shall is made with lentils stewed down in onions fried with spices and there looked to be curry leaves too. Those large "dumplings" are steamed bread with filling. If you watch Mike Chen - Strictly Dumpling, he will tell you all about Chinese dumplings he is an expert and can really eat. In the UK ,we have many Indian and Chinese restaurants so are very used to the food.

Indian curry can be as mild and creamy with coconut and butter and as hot and firey as a Vindaloo and Phall with red hot chillis and tomato based. There are so many varieties in between. A biriyani is layered basmati rice with meat and cooked slowly and often topped with fried onion. It’s a fantastic meal in itself. Please if you have never tried Indian food,give it a try.
