Big thanks Thia. This video is right up our alley. We are taking an Adriatic cruise from Rome to Venice and it actually ends in Trieste on the 22nd of August on the Viva. Thats why I asked you about it. We leave Venetia on the 24th fairly early and I guess we are stuck with a Water Taxi . We will stay in San Marco. Again big thanks. Venice was the high point on our Honeymoon 38 years ago and Ill never forget it. We stayed on the Lido as we had a car coming and going., Thanks again. PS I was a part time International air line courier for DHL when they still used people. Chicago to London was my route and it changed me as I am sure your travel experiences changed you too. Shepard, I really appreciate your support! Congratulations on 38 years. That is amazing. I am so jealous your cruise sounds amazing. I know the water taxi is expensive but it is an adventure. I can’t wait to hear all about your cruise

It took me al long long time to learn how to say and write clearly and concisely and thats exactly what you have done. Great Job.

@@shepardsmith3235 You are very kind. I have a huge advantage over you. You couldn't take 10 takes and edit out what you didn't like. In fact if you ever hear me laughing in a video and there is clearly nothing funny going on, I am usually laughing at myself because it has taken 10 takes to say a word correctly. I met a young man yesterday who is thinking of going to Law School and his under grad has been in english and he was wondering if his degree would be a waist, but I told him what you had said and he found some solace in your kind words.

@@travelingwiththia Thia join the crowd. Editing is a way of life except when you are on trial and then you have to think fast and clearly but unfortunately that always doesnt happen. LOL . If you really want a treat and you are in London (my home away from home) go to Old Bailey where they conduct the criminal trials. Its just great entertainment and free. Same with Parliament and The Inns of the Court where they hold civil trials. Again, great entertainment and free. In Old Bailey, I saw the Defendant testify, he walked up a small staircase, as I remember, and at the top was a railing to hold on to as there is no room to sit. That's called taking the stand! And now you know. And it was nothing like our trials where, like on TV, the Attorneys are standing up and saying I object!! The trial I saw was strictly the Socratic method of question and answer. No objections that I saw at all. Same with the civil trial I saw at the Inns of the Court. There were three judges and at the end they rendered their verdict verbally. Again Socratic method in the trial. Parliament is a dont miss but you have to get passes from the Embassy and you have to do this way before you come across the pond.
