I was in Venice the same time as you. We caught the water taxi to Venice and stayed in the Ai Patrizi di Venezia luxury apartments.

What hotel you stay in and how you take water taxi there? Did they drop you off right infront of your hotel ?

Hi. I stayed at Locanda Silva, Castello 4423 Castello, 30122 venice. No there is no water taxi to the hotel. i took a Vapretto” (water taxi) Line Alilaguna 1 or2 to stop: SAN ZACCARIA og walked 400 meters to hotel. Very easy and great hotel with a small great breakfast buffet. Thank you for watching Annette
