It's for the one jump in the Arche Abbey, soon after Door Guardian where we jump across a gap to skip a poison area. It only works on 75 fps and medium load.

That skip passing through the gate doesn't count as a glitch?!

That's not a skip, that's the intended and only way to continue the level. The gate is open, it's been busted open by the saw/drills puppet, the visuals just lag a bit behind.
