Sir , made Badhusha as u said and it was same like yours . Perfect texture so soft melting in mouth even a baby can taste it . Thanks 🙏🏾many ppl commented differently but I go with the proverb appearance are deceptive . There are many videos with rich look but don’t know how the taste will be but as u mentioned my Badhusha melted in my mouth . I am trying for first time and it came out very well . Proud to say that you are the best always. 👍🏻 To mention I have done all your recipes starting from the first panner butter masala to Badhusha followed each and every tips and it gave a Wow every time . Pls do share more videos

Hello Bhat sir, I have been watching your cooking videos from the day one you have started .. This is my first ever comment on your videos. I have tried many dishes starting from paneer butter masala, Udupi rasam powder and rasam, chutney, pavakkai poriyal, mango pickle, gobi manchurian, arachi vitta kuzambu and what not.. Neraya dishes try panniten. As a Madhwa, after learning Udupi rasam, daily veetla Udupi rasam than. Only 6 or 7 dishes I didn't tried so far including this badusha. I have taken the pics whenever I make the dishes.. Very happy and show is really informative and always enjoy watching your videos.. Many of your dishes in first trial itself turned out very well for me .. sir, stay blessed and healthy. you make us proud at our home by teaching us the lovely cooking. Nandrigal pala Bhat sir.🙏🙏

Released Badusha...that I know...its a very soft type that we have done it for princely weddings.... If you want it little harder reduce the soda,baking g powder and vanaspathi by half the quantity I have used here...voila you will get the normal sweet shop types.... I have done how I like to eat......badhusha engira sweet vadanatu mannargalin samal karargal edharku theriyuma seidhaargal...... Manner sapida siridhum muyarchi seiya kooda thevai irukka koodadhu enbadharkaaga.....appadiyendral evvalavu soft aaga irukka vendum....adanaal dhaan ippadi seidhen....yen endral neengal ellorum en mannargal allavaa... Adhakaaga yedharku yaanaiyai ellam izhukkureergal....yanaikku sarukkumo illayooo enakku eppozhudhum sarukkum....naan kadavul alla

Soda was a bit more... This was so natural... This could happen in any household... For his caliber, chef would have done a reshoot to showoff perfect Badhusha... Respect his humbleness and being upfront telling the audience about it...
