Sir, I would rate this recipe as your one of the top most dishes. I still remember when you did this in private channel for mother's day special and I tried this at home. Beauty of this dish is, it is a perfect match with normal curd rice and luckily I got the opportunity to convey this to you when I met you. As this recipe is from your mother's kitchen, credits to her as well. Sorry for being little biased. This dish is like a "diamond on your crown". I made this kovakkai dish last week, it was a hit that I made it again yesterday. Tasted great with just plain white rice! Recommended this dish to my other friends too. I'm going to try the pavakkai recipe next. The Badam Halwa was the first recipe I tried and it was fantastic! Thank you Sir for sharing with us your recipes and culinary techniques 🙏

Naan padikkumbodhu ivar enakku 2nd year University exam Food production practical exam ku external examinera vandhaar. Enakkum cookingkum appo 7aam porutham. Out of 5 dishes I only made 3 dishes fully and all 3 dishes full sodhappals. Manushan pongittaru almost adichirupparu. But my College food production Chef intervened and convinced him that I will never ever become a chef and it is no use failing me in the exam because I will never improve. Somehow he convinced him and I was given exactly 40/100 in that exam. 😀

But just one suggestion using mustard is not good for health and also bitter gourd is an worst veggie to include in food. Sir, வீட்டில் சேனை கிழங்கு நறுக்கி வேக வைத்தது இருந்தது. எப்போதும் deep fry, செய்து சாப்பிடுவோம்!. இன்று ஒரு மாற்றத்திற்கு இந்த பொடியை போட்டு, கூட கொஞ்சம் காரத் தூள் மட்டும் போட்டு, 2 ஸ்பூன் கடலை மாவையும் போட்டு shallow fry செய்தோம்..! ஆகா, அருமையோ அருமை 😋😋😋versatile podi bhat sir🥳🥳🥳thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I keep trying your recipes. We loved bisibella bath which I haven't tried before. It came out very well. Badam alva, medu vada too came out fantastically. I passed in first attempt in making them.

Tried it with both pavvakkai kovvakkai together without final coconut touch Mr.venkatesh ..But used coconut oil....nakkala navarsamum natiyum adiduchu ..All ur recipes take me to manipal college days ..thx

Chef!!, I consider you my Guru and I learnt how to cook food with love from you. I expertise in Italian and Kongu cuisine. Since I went abroad for studies, my kitchen is limited to a fridge and a microwave oven. Can you teach some dishes that can be made using frozen vegetables and a microwave oven? His cooking videos r the best. The tips r so useful. Makes such a massive difference in taste which I didn’t think was possible. I always used to think it’s not possible to get taste without using harmful additives or taste enhancers but now I know that’s not true. It just needs that subtle handling and treatment of ingredients. This and cooking shooking and a couple of other video channels have ensured that my hotel visits will be greatly reduced going forward 😂
