Dear Mr Venkatesh, your ennai kathirikai recipe turned out superbly. Have tried it several times before but it was always too spicy, too mushy etc. Your recipe was just perfect. Thank you - I enjoy your presenting style which has just enough detailed information without being boring. I dont think you should worry about people who complain about too much butter etc. Obviously one has to suit the recipe to one's own taste and all should have the common sense to do that.
