Dear chef, I have been trying for years to attain this perfection. Even after seeing my mom who is an expert in Vadai, I have not been able to get the level of expertise.Today after following your tips and recipe I got confidence and it's on dot. We tried this recipe and the vadas were simply unbelievable! I've seen my grandmom, mother, and all other relatives cooking vadas. In fact, they are all awesome cooks. But when we tried in your method, it was simply awesome. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Thank you Sir for sharing your culinary expertise with all of us. Hi sir. I thought it would be impossible to make soft medhu Vada without grinder. Followed all your steps properly got soft medhu Vada with mixie ground batter. Shocked by results I couldn't believe that I made. Legends are legends. Thanks for teaching us sir😀

I tried your method yesterday for Ganesh Chaturti and it was a great hit. So glad I came across this video at the right time, it gave me so much mental satisfaction that the neivedyam turned so good. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe appa. After 6 years this is the first time my husband told one of the best soft and perfect vada.. I tried many but ur method really workout. I am so happy appa. First two three times it became little watery but third time it came perfect.

Sir, Usually we did vada and payasam on amavasai days. This time I tried your receipe. It comes very good, light in weight and crispy. Very tasty too. But my usual receipy adding black pepper and salt only while grinding without adding any other things is getting more votes in my family.

Sir,Thank u so much .. My husband and daughter likes it.. But preparing in grinder is tiring work that too can't make in less quantity.. But after ur video i tried it in mixie..followed as u said.Came out very well..My daughter was enjoying..It was crispy and soft as said by u. Again Thanks for sharing.
