Hi,
Here's how to make a cute and easy Japanese Fan !! This fan is very handy, you could take them with you during travel and on tour.
Did you know ??
Historically, Japanese hand fans were tools of aristocrats and the samurai class. They were a way to signify social standing, and even communicate messages. The earliest recorded sighting of the Japanese fan was in the 6th century !!!
