Mate, I just bought a pair of these direct from Venum Asia for 48 usd. At that price, I'm not too fussed about durability. They still have pairs in most sizes at that price right now too.

I have had these shoes for 2 years about. Their comfortable and get the job done, but the durability issues with the sole splitting are true. Only after a lot of use, maybe 1.3 years

@@endy7933 Yeah a bit. I went from these to Nike Hyperko 2.0 and always have pain in my feet with the Nikes. So only with that comparison, yes

@Thomas Beck The Nike's gave me pain, these shoes are decent. They ware down a bit quicker than any others I've had though. Should be good for white feet.

Not really too sure. It does have good grip, they are just wide and bigger so you’ll have to size down so that you’re not slipping in the shoe

I haven’t tried the HyperKO 1s but I hear they form well to your foot, plus they’re very durable. Venum’s are really comfortable but durability is questionable

That Boxing Guy oh noooo. I was just about to order them before I read that. In the summer my boxing gym looks forward to train outside. We do runs or do footwork workouts on artificial grass with like sand on it. Would it wear off too fast if I use it outdoors. If yes, are there any recommendations for other boxing shoes which are breathable, for wide feet and have good ankle support?

Just the training aspect of pro-wrestling, not actual matches. I usually just practiced with John Wall Reebok sneakers, but prefer boxing shoes' high top style because of the ankle support.

I actually returned mine after noticing the metallic part fading out early. But I know someone with a pair (red/black) and they still look great. But I’ve seen others have the rubber sole peeling. So I guess it depends if you got a good pair or not

I have these...they fall apart quickly like most venum gear.

That Boxing Guy the outer sole started to separate from the shoe within about 4 months of use 3x/week. I was feeling some extra resistance from the shoe around my right big toe which was very unnatural and almost caused me to fall a couple times. So after a few sessions of this I looked down at my shoe and saw that the outer sole was disconnected from the shoe and rubbing across the ring whenever I took a step forward and need to drag my right leg in to place (orthodox stance) or did any type of pivoting motion with my right foot. I super glued the outer sole but this this is the third thing I’ve purchased from Venum with shoddy quality. I have a gym bag and none of the zippers work anymore....I feel like they just make crappy product.

That Boxing Guy yeah I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone especially for the price. I had some $40 Title Boots with better durability.

@@ThatBoxingGuy I see you said that in the video. Yet they are $154.00 now. Yet with shipping and handling it would be about $175.00 or so. I saw you said in one comment that you returned them. What are your thoughts on them compared to the Nike HyperKo II and the Adidas Box Hog III?

I haven't tried the hyperko II yet, but I prefer the Box hog 3 over the venum. As comfortable the venums were, I felt they were too roomy inside. Box hogs have a nice fit to it, plus they are super light.

Try Reebok boxing shoes for flat footed. I train with a group of pro fighters and found that if you're they type to move around alot, side to side and in and out Nike hyperkos gives blisters just behind the ball of the foot and around the arch of the foot and sometimes the big toe. We have also noticed the front of the sole ends up having to be taped up because the glue does tend to tear off of the tip.

Tan Jun Hao yea, I, flat footed and these are comfortable. They fall apart pretty quickly though.
