I use them for sparring they are so good and underrated very good padding so you can let your hands fly and won’t do too much damage to your sparring partner

Just found your channel today and really glad I did! Great review!! I’m planning to buy a pair of these soon. If I’m wanting to use these as an all purpose glove (pad work, bag work, and sparring), would you recommend 14 oz or 16 oz with me being 155 lbs?
