When this song came out the very next day in school my class mate came to me over joyed shouting all over fellow students faces that India has produced a Michael Jackson, this track and Hama Hama were anthems of students back then in 90's in Pakistan. So many memories attached to it. I've always been a huge fan of Tamil cinema, somehow they are more genuine towards what they do then they rest no offence to others but there's something very surreal about South Indian cinema. And now as i live in Australia I've one too many South Indian friends and they are probably the most humble and down to earth people I've ever came across in my life. And yeah Sir A.R Rahman rules.

Came here to detoxify myself after listening to Honey Singh's diaster. No one, absolutely no one can recreate AR Rahman and Prabhudeva's magic. Yeah due to load shedding especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and now a days nobody knows TV antenna on terrace and how to adjust that antenna. And free Doordarshan 🙂 only fm radio remains.

Prabhu Deva is a legend without question. I'm from North India but Chennai will always be home for me. Love the culture and people over there. Wish Bollywood learns something from Tamil film industry and focuses more on substance over style in movies.

I sang this song for my crush in 9th class when I was sitting inside the class and she was outside the corridor with her friend. The day was rainy, many students were absent. I came to school only to see her smile. Her smile was actually very cute❤️. And surprisingly, she was present that day. I was so happy to see her but can't express cause I was already rejected by her twice and I didn't wanted to do anything more than this. I loved her from the bottom of my heart for her innocence. Even I used to write every single thing happened in the day in my secret pocket diary just to keep all those moments alive. Her charm was quite different from all the other girls. I miss her presence 🥺❤️

"It's my Birthday" was co-written with A. R. Rahman, composer of "Urvasi Urvasi" from the 1994 Tamil Indian film Kadhalan, which made will.i.am to copy "It's My Birthday", where he mentions "New Urvasi Urvasi" at the start of the song. So stop hating like randomly angry people.
