A few notes: 1. So glad I finally finished this. Started it on December 24, and then I had to record the OST to use in this video (which led to making my other channel). After all the editing and subbing, "it's truly been a roundabout path". 2. I took a few liberties with translating but I tried to make it as accurate as possible. They say variations of "ikuzo" (ikuze/ikimasen/ikimashou) a looot throughout all of these, so I tried to differentiate them from simply saying "Let's go!" over and over. The same goes for the Jotaro/Jolyne DHA and the Giorno/Mista one. They both say the same thing depending on who uses the DHA first, but I changed the words a bit and managed to keep the same meaning. 3. I think these subtitles look way better than my ASB video, but let me know what you guys think. I feel like the Japanese subtitles from the game gets in the way, and I would have removed them if I didn't have to use those for translating. At least since I kept them my Japanese viewers will be able to read along too. 4. The dub and Crunchyroll goes with "Hamon", but I personally prefer "Ripple" for English subtitles. To me it makes more sense because it's a Tibetan martial art whereas "Hamon" is a Japanese word, and Araki didn't bother writing it in Katakana. It's written as a normal Japanese word like anything else. I know a lot of people like "Hamon" though, but it's really just a matter of preference. 5. Random coincidences: This video is 36 minutes. There are 36 Ultimate Lifeform Kars on Mars in the novel Jorge Joestar, where Made in Heaven resets the universe 36 times. Will Zeppeli and Caesar: Will hits opponent with Hamon punches, then Caesar uses his Bubble Launcher to follow up. Jonathan and Speedwagon: Speedwagon uses his hat, and then Jonathan starts punching. Speedwagon then throws Jonathan's sword to him, and jonathan finishes the attack with a Hamon-charged stab. Jonathan and Will Zeppeli: See above but with Speedwagon's sledgehammer instead of the sword. Dio Brando and Vanilla Ice: Dio freezes the opponent, allowing Vanilla Ice to attack them freely with Cream. Then both of them simultaneously use Space Ripper Stingy Eyes. Joseph and Stroheim: Joseph uses Hamon-charged ropes or Hermit Purple on the enemy's legs, and Stroheim lets loose with his guns and his UV eye-beam. Wammu and Kars: Kars drives the enemy back with his blade attacks, and Wammu then uses Divine Sandstorm. Esidisi and Kars: Esidisi binds the enemy's legs with his veins and Kars combo-slices them with his blades. Kakyoin and Polnareff: Kakyoin uses Heirophant Green's tentacles to launch the opponent into the air, and Chariot slashes them as they come down. Jonathan and Jotaro: Jonathan uses a Zoom Punch to the midsection and Jotaro uses Star Finger to the head. Then they both start punching. DIO and Vanilla Ice: Vanilla Ice begins to charge, DIO stops time and pounds the opponent into his path, then resumes time for Ice to erase them with Cream. Jonathan and Josuke: Jonathan sets his hand on fire and punches the enemy, after which Josuke heals his hand. Then they both rapid-fire punch their opponent. Okuyasu and Koichi: Koichi uses Three Freeze on the opponent. Then Okuyasu uses The Hand to drag them up, then they fall, and repeat. Kira and Kosaku Kira: Both Kiras touch different parts of the opponent with Killer Queen. Then they detonate their bombs in unison. Okuyasu then pummels them with The Hand. F.F. and Jolyne: Jolyne binds the enemy, and F.F. uses her finger-guns to deal damage. Jolyne then pulls them towards her and punch-rushes them. F.F. and Ermes: Ermes clones F.F.'s arms and F.F. fires at the enemy with four finger-guns. Ermes then uses Kiss for a punch rush. F.F. and Anasui: Diver Down dives into F.F., and she fires a plankton bullet at the enemy. Diver Down then dives out of the bullet into the enemy, and starts doing damage. Diego and Sandman: Diego sends a group of small dinosaurs with Sandman's sound effects on them at the enemy, which all deal damage. Diego and Wekapipo: Wekapipo uses his Spin to induce left-side ataxia, and Diego attacks from the left. Diego and Hot Pants: Hot Pants blinds the enemy with Cream Starter, and Diego uses the opportunity to attack. He deals damage, then kicks them away and HP finishes with gunshots.
