Can we talk about how perfect her note execution was? She didn't just hit all the notes cleanly, she incorporated a range of emotional intelligence that's RARELY seen in performers-- and she's only 19!!!

You captured the essence of Argentina in that Piazzolla masterpiece - from the tango moves, to the wine country and the heavenly cuisine, to the romantic culture, to the economic hardships, to the majestic landscape, to the sociopolitical perseverance, and beyond.

Guitarists usually put their scores on a stand, but Alexandra arranges them on the floor, she has a good view and a very good ear. She has time to arrange her hair, and perform the most famous work of the great Astor. 19 years old, talent, charm and sensitivity that dazzles even an Argentinean like me. Thank you very much, Ale. This has got to be my favorite piece by Piazzolla, coupled with your amazing performance makes for an awesome experience. (P.S. Using a footstool while wearing heels looks really uncomfortable. Though I can't say for sure because I've never done that before.)
