This program contains 7 short singing exercise sessions. One for each day of the week. Designed to help develop an AMAZING singing voice. Use this course each week (unless vocally tired or sick) in order to see the best results. This lesson is aimed at improving Breath Support.

These exercises are pure gold. Apart from being good practise they are therapeutic, calming, and help me in all sorts of ways, plus dealing with my shyness, because I usually find it embarrassing and hide my self away to do them when no one is home, but because I find them so beneficial I am more determined to do them, which makes it easier to ignore that shyness demon who is such a nuisance to singing.So thank you so much Anna and mark you are doing a great job.

John Lepley I agree ☝️ with all of it! They honestly calm me down after work, lowering my blood pressure with breath control. I too have gained more confidence and less care in who hears because I know the benefit!

The soft piano helped me a lot to stay relaxed. Normally I get tense at the end of the breath exercises. This time I got to the end of my breath relaxed like a boss:)

Hi - just to continue with my last comments on this lesson. It is SO useful, but the main thing I want to say is I particularly love the last part, because the notes are sung for longer, and I really like singing higher and higher. My voice is so much more powerful now, that I think I should tone it down - trouble is I don't WANT to!

plz help me i just started singing and doing these exercises my voice sound puny and weak due to lack of strength and low air capacity making me die out before it would finish also some of the notes are too i should i try switching to head voice to reach those notes or stay in chest voice since im a raw beginner plz help me.
