This video was really helpful and made the accusative and dative much easier. I've really struggled to learn the accusative and dative; they just never seem to stick in my head and I get so confused, but this has made it really clear :)

The comment about dative referring to a person and accusative to a thing solved the whole puzzle. Thanks a lot. I was struggling with the whole dative/accusative issue.

We are graduates, and working, now learning again. Keep it up, it's hard to learn new language when you get older, and have a lot of stuff to do, the focus isn't on studies alone. good thing we have Anja to help.😊

I don't think a sentence can be dativ or akkusativ.its more of which nomen is in which form

It dipends on your prepositions and verbs. There is some prepositions that you have to memorize that.

amanullah wafa have you figured it out? Technique is, akkusativ is the direct object counterpart in english language. Dativ is indirect object counterpart in english too.

as i have learned . i think the sentence is not dative or akussativ. dativ indicates a person and akussativ indicates any object . not sure but think so its right

Dativ has two objects- one direct (Accusative) and one indirect (Dativ). Akkisativ has just one object which is a direct object.
