Video shows failure of my Verisure system, I started recording it about 30 seconds after pressing SOS button and then start talking around 5 minutes into the video (the first 5 mins are silent)
The alarm also fails to alert anyone at Verisure even after being set off manually a number of times.
Posting so people are aware, test your alarm monthly if you are with Verisure.
My alarm failure was put down to a comms failure and they are going to replace it with their "new and improved" system. They confirmed my system had missed vital communications for over 48 hours before I discovered it wasn't working.
This is not the first time I have found my system not to be communicating with the alarm receiving center hence test it regularly.
