I was bullied in the workplace for over five years. It took this happy go lucky woman to a frustrated, suspicious person. Hurtful and sad. The bully finally left but my change in character did not. I wish I had been strong enough to shake it all off but I was not able to completely do that. I was always distant and suspicious of her friends that still worked there. I was blessed to be able to retire and I finally feel like I am getting back to my real self. I am so much happier with the person I am now. I pray that this man can get there much faster than I did but it will take effort. Do not give this women the power to change you. The bully, sadly, needs to be dismissed or resign. That kind of behavior can not be allowed ever. It is toxic. Nobody stands up to them because they are afraid of becoming the next target. The powers to be need to have zero tolerance for bullies.
