{4K} Free-moN N Scale Weekend Evanston, WY 2021!

2 жыл бұрынPlease enjoy watching trains run along the unofficial largest Free-mo(N) Scale layout ever assembled to date! Over 293 modules altogether and gathering people from over 26 states, this was an event a Freemo(N) member would not have wanted to miss. Located in the old Union Pacific machine shop in the town of Evanston, WY participants got to enjoy both real and model trains for this 4-day event.
*note, if you do not wish for the background noise please mute the audio. Otherwise, keep an ear out for all the sound-equipped locomotives on the layout!*
Most of the trains you will see running are trains from my personal collection. These include the BNSF "earthworm", Phase 3 superliner set, custom modern era DODX Military move, and UP 3985 with a ton of customized/3d printed equipment!

In description, you say the UP special behind the big boy has a bunch of 3D printed cars. Which ones? Did you do the printing and all? I ask because I couldn’t find any past videos about them.

Probably 1/3 to 1/2 of the cars were 3d printed and painted by myself

When plans were made for this show, it turns out that the location was within 500 miles for a majority of Free-MoN participants Plus finding a location as large as that but was cheap was also needed. Thus the location was decided. Not to mention the cool history of the building, to think we were standing where some of UPs largest locomotives once were serviced
