I've spent over 3 years learning grammar and in those 3 years i was not learning very important vocabs but after that i've started focusing on learning vocabs, phrasal verbs, expressions and so on ... My english skills, because of very less exposure to things i've mentioned, is not good but i'm improving and exposing myself as much as possible to the aspects go into english language

The delay is such a real thing. I remember as a kid, I saw this Imax documentary that included a lot of scientific names for obscure extinct species. I tried remembering what those names were, since it was an interesting subject to me. A week or two went by and at best I could only remember some of the names, all of which were incorrect in some way. Then, out of nowhere (I remember the moment), I just remembered what everything was called. I hadn't seen the movie again to remind myself, or looked the names up or anything. It just suddenly happened that everything was crystal clear. I try to keep that in mind whenever I'm struggling to memorize or understand something. Sometimes the brain just needs some time to fit everything in.

I’m a current English learner, and overcoming a fear is the most difficult part for me. I moved to Australia and have been studying English for almost 8 months, even now, I’m afraid of making mistakes and hesitate to talk to someone. Oh, it's not as hard as u think! There are so many options for learning languages. My biggest advice is to surround yourself with the language u are learning everywhere so u can hear/read/speak on your own. You'll have a B1/B2 in a year I guarantee it! I went from A1 to B2 without any tutoring. Just do whatever it takes to reach ur goal and believe in yourself! Good luck! 🍀
