You can tell verosika cared and pays attention. She is the first one to tell that Blitzø also hates himself.

Verosika accepted his apology but didn't forgive him. This is basically verosika telling blitzo that you need to change to be a better person to earn my forgiveness.

At least Verosika doing those party’s toward Blitzø make him even think about what he done was wrong, so GG for Verosika

Verosika knows how to comfort someone: Just give him cake 🎂 But for real, Blitz and Verosika's talk was really sweet. I think she accepts his apology but can't fully forgive him yet. This takes time. From her side, Blitz really hurt her, like she said, she did liked him a lot. But she did help him to releaze that he want's to change and to let Stolas have fun. She cares so much and I hope she will find her luck to, like she sung "I'm over you".

I also noticed this. I love the idea of Verosika forgiving Blitz, as forgiveness isn't just for the person recieving it, but also for the person giving it. Forgiving Blitz will help Verosika to get over Blitz, and move on with her life. She even mentions feeling bad for simply being mad at Blitz, which forgiving him will help her with too

I like the piece of cake she gave him. It was like saying "im giving your heart back" or that "you got the heart". It was symbolic way to show that she understands that he genuinely wants to change

At the end, Verosika realized that Blitzø belongs at the "I Hate Blitzø" party more than anyone. This episode is the literal definition of being traumatized doesn't excuse hurting others, Blitzø hurt so many and it's crazy how many. I like how Verosika hosted these parties not to shame any of Blitzø's exes, but to reassure them that they're not alone in what they're going through.

I like the fact that Verosika really wants to help Blitzo to change or to realize his mistakes. Never thought I’d say this, but take your ex's advice, Blitzø.

Even when she was being a total b in her debut episode, I could tell that her behavior wasn’t just pure pettiness. There was genuine hurt behind it all. She got a heart tattoo of Blitzø’s name. You don’t do that without deep feelings and time spent together. And even then, she just crosses it out instead of removing it. That tells me part of her is still stuck on him. Maybe lingering feelings for the fun guy he was before he ghosted her or the emotional scars he inflicted.

"Maybe i'm not over it, But i'm over you." Is so important because you can seperate the person from the problem, and still be hurt by the situation but wish that person the best after it's all over.

I wonder if Blitz actually loved Verosika back but was legit terrified he'd screw it up if he actually tried to maintain a real relationship and felt it was better in the long run to burn the bridge while it was being built.

She’s the bigger person in all of this to let go of all that hate and resentment towards blitz

Verosika handled things way more maturely in this episode than in her introduction. I’m impressed. And I can already hear the Blitzø x Verosika shippers making more fan art commissions.

I love how Verosika didn't rat Blitzø out at the party, realizing that nobody would ever hate him more than he hates himself. Her doing that made me smile.

I've actually always been curious about Verosika since we saw Blitz still have her picture in his phone, so that relationship probably ment a lot to him too, it wouldnt surprise me if they confirm that she was his first serious relationship after the accident, like he might of had one night stands but with everyone hating him Verosika might have been the first person in a long time to actually stick around but then it started getting more serious than he thought it would get.

The only thing I'll point out, is that Blitz didn't want to steal from Stolas, his dad forced it on him. For head cannon... I think you're correct in that most of the guests never dated Blitz, but are there for emotional support, or because "Hey, there's a party here".

I also think Cash Buckzo has a big role to play, in the way Blitz was molded and shaped. Blitz stole from the Goeita household to help his mother. But Verosika was one of the better parts of this episode. Though I do have a difficult time connecting to Stolas.

She did keep the tattoo the whole time even if she did cross it out. But I imagine she has enough money to afford tattoo removal so it does say something that even in the latest episode that the tattoo is still there

This is a bit off-topic, but can i just say that the artstyle and writing of the show improved so much over the episodes? I really like that the writing became much more mature than it was before

I think Verosika forgives Blitz, but not as quickly and fully as Fizz forgave him. I think she needed some time to let the apology sink in and couldn't fully forgive him after what he did in the past, in which Blitz could understand why.

Verosika deserved better than what Blitzø did her dirty like that, and Blitzø should've just took the "W" when Verosika told him that she loved him

I wonder if "I love you." Is such a trigger for Biltzø because that may have been the last thing his mother said to him before she died.

Verosika is like the perfect partner. Blitzø missed out on being happy so hard.

I think it's less about them hurting him, Blitz fears what might happen TO THEM if he allows himself to love them. If we think about what happened to those he loved so far (Fizz, his mother and his sister) and his desire to protect and be of service to people, it becomes fairly obvious that his trauma isn't centered around what they could do to him but instead what his love could cause to those he allows himself to genuinely love.

At least verosika was kinda nice to blitzø, I guess Blitzø kinda deserved it.

The fact that Verosika served Blitzø his own heart on a silver platter is hilarious. But I love that Blitzø didn't eat it. Compared to how he acted at Bee's party after what happened at Ozzie's, this is a great and subtle indicator that he does want to change. Also Blitzso they way he talks to Versoika is a little bit more open than it was with his ex could remind you that he has been through so much stuff in his past he cant open up until everything is thrown in his face and makes him think about his actions as a whole instead of being willfully ignorant. He has a fear of loneliness even though his ex made it plain as day that he wanted someone to love him. Blitzo was being very condescending with his ex in the first part of the video because he was too blinded by his own greed for sex and wanting to feel like he was earning his way to torment and do evil or do his job. I recognized that right away because i used to be like that but i can to the realization that i was going inevitably going to be alone it made me start taking a look at my inner self as a person and see what i was was afraid of and that my friends is being alone. No one wants that unless they have make that ultimate decision to do so or they have come to accept that they will be, in which i have not and probably never will.

Great video, its great for Verosika to host these parties to help others that Blitzø has hurt. Nobody in hell is perfect, some people in hell are vulnerable in the rest. How do you think it is to be trapped in a brutal atmosphere when no one respects or supports you? well, it doesn’t feel good, but in the end, you can change who you want to be.

Verosika may have been willing to hear Blitz out and as I expected she seemed to gain a better understanding of why Blitz did what he did, She may not have forgiven him but at least she became willing to help Blitz become a better person. And who knows maybe Verosika will forgive Blitz when the time comes.

That was a heartwarming episode, also Martha's inner demon looked amazing, but the part of Mrs. Mayberry & Martha...I was like OH MY GOD! WHAT?! HOW?! WHEN?! There's a huge question like.. Did they made up, Is Martha's marriage with Ralphie ended & started cheating on Martha then decides to kill him and meet Mayberry as they apologized to each other & got to know each other knowing of their mistakes in Hell, OR did she and Martha met before and cheated but when she saw what she was doing broke Mrs. Mayberry? Guess we'll have to wait till July if we see a short about Martha & Mayberry. Boy oh boy that's a lot of exes Blitzo hurt, although he at least apologized to Verosika & I'm glad Stolas and Blitzo didn't get back together because if they did it would be too soon, he needed a break and start over with a fresh new start for himself. Maybe one day Stolas can find true happiness.

The episode was REALLY missing a flashback. I'd prefer that over spoken exposition.

I love the idea of demons being forced into certain roles I would like to explore that more I mean as a imp no one really expects much of you but with higher demons the expectations can force them into being something they aren’t

At this point, it boiled down to two questions here: 1 Excluding his father, who harmed Blitz emotionally? 2 Should the one who harmed Blitz emotionally be held accountable for his or her actions at least? Sure, that person did not force Blitz or tell him what to do afterward. But that person fully convinced Blitz with his/her own actions toward Blitz that the only way he will be emotionally and mentally protected is to attack first. One thing to point out here: Blitz said "This is Hell! Everyone is beep-y!" while he, Verosika and everyone in the party are on Earth. So yeah, Hell on Earth is real from certain point of view then. After all, we humans can be really awful to each other sometimes.

Verosika definitely showed a lot of real hurt over what Blitz did her and I love the subversion that the parties are for others to help heal and connect with those Blitz hurt as well.😊❤ I think she may not fully forgive him, but could let most if not all the anger go if Blitz truly is sorry and would try to be a better person. It was sweet that Verosika and Stolas were friendly with each other and hopefully we’ll get to see them hanging out again.😊 Also, Verosika does look great with her hair back.😊

I loved the Verosika reversal in this, because at the beginning it does feel just so insanely petty for her to be doing this, but by the end you really do feel her perspective and emphasize with her so much more.

I think when she first met him again in the parking lot, she might not even have known he changed his name at that meeting. She does need to stalk him to know of his exes, but she doesn't necessarily know any of his changed personal thoughts about his name. But, I think she did write Blitz instead of Blitzo on the invitation to Stolas. When they meet in the lot she intentionally said his name the old way to his face, but she wrote it the way he preferred on the card that she didn't have reason to believe he'd ever see for himself.

A line I'm surprised Blitz didn't pull with Verosika is how it would be impossible for her to love him because she's a Succubus. Obviously, any demon can fall in love, but it seems like the kind of hurtful thing he'd say.

Just because you forgive someone doesn't mean you have to be friends with each other or anything. I think this episode Verosika saw Blitzo was worthy of forgiveness. I think it's poetic the fact that she gave him a HEART as a cake in the end. Like considering he might still have one or something. Also the true apology tour for Blitz I believe started with Fizz. The accident that drove them apart and k1lled his mom was the the base for his myriad of traumas and fixing their relationship was the start of fixing Blitz's ... well everything.

For all Blitz' faults, Verosika-- like Loona, Fizz, M&M, and Stolas--saw something in him worth loving. Her biggest issue was his lack of apparent lack of remorse. So when he finally drops the act and admits he wants to improve, she probably recognizes the more positive qualities she was initially drawn to. She may not forgive Blitz, but his admission at least validates that she wasn't crazy to fall for him in the first place.

I loved this episode with Verosika, we see more depth of her character. She was someone who DID love him and honestly wants whats best for him. She wants him to change, and interestingly enough we dont really see her accept his apology. he can apologize and mean it, but in the end she doesnt HAVE to accept it. She really owes him nothing. It wasnt like with Fizz where th two made up and are friends again. It was a good subversion of what some expected. It makes us see that even though Verosika dosnt have to accept an apology, and dooesnt have to forgive him. she can still want whats best for him. Its a good mentality to have for some

I do wish we got a flashback or something a little more into Blitz and Verosika's relationship. But the confirmation that Verosika did go as far as feel love for Blitz and that confession being the reason why they broke up is still satisfying. Who knows, maybe a future short will focus on Verosika and maybe it'll even be a flashback on her and Blitz's relationship

This episode actually made me love Verosika, she's actually a pretty stand-up individual, which makes sense since Vortex is clearly a happy employee as her bodyguard.

What i keep thinking about it how hurt Blitz seems about the upper ranks, like they actually already hirt him. He seems to have trauma. Did somthing happen or is it all in his head? Like somthing he actually made himself believe? Or maybe its somthing he got from the way hos dad raised him?

This was an amazing episode in the show. This episode really humanized everyone in this episode. Even the background characters in the party. Verosika got serious character development in this one episode and I loved it. I knew she wasn’t a bad person but probably just hurt and sure enough she isn’t. Sure it’s hell but like blitz just cause it is hell is no excuse to be a jerk to everyone and I love this show for that. Despite the setting not everyone is 100% evil but are flawed people trying to get by. Sure pacing is an issue at times like last episode focusing on the wrong plot we wanted to see but over the course of the show vivzipop really is showing that her interpretation of hell may not as black and white evil as most depictions of hell and I love this show for that. Every character feels like a real person you could meet in person despite it being a cartoon. Can’t wait for more episodes.

The only thing missing from the discussion is how Blitzo was effectively raised and conditioned to equate love with pain. His father used familial love to manipulate him into stealing from Stolas, and he was getting ready to express his feelings to Fizzarolli right before the accident that left both of them disfigured and his mother dead. Verosika's self-loathing about allowing herself to be vulnerable is something to which Blitzo can absolutely relate. And the only one of Blitzo's "exes" who could have confirmed that, Fizzarolli, was also the only one who didn't go to the party. It might also tie into why Blitzo is so clingy with Loona, Moxxie and Millie. The relationship he has with them is non-romantic, ergo they're a way for him to fill the hole in his heart -- to prevent his greatest fear of dying alone -- without allowing himself to be vulnerable in that way.

I sure wish we still got more of her in this episode like at least a flashback of something.

The fact that at the blitzo hate party verosika realized that blitzo belonged there after he said he didn’t wanna be like he is 😭 I love this episode too much

I love the line she gives in regards to him making her out to be the villain. We thought she would be a villain in the show, when in reality, she was just hurt because of the heartbreak he caused him. It’s interesting how they’re turning Blitz into the bad guy in these situations, and showing that he has a lot of work to do on himself. He needs to fix the mistakes he caused and move on without bringing anyone down with him. I LOVE Verosika so much.

It was special that Blitz said his trailer quote to Verosika and that she was smiling before giving him a plate. I can't agree that he drives them away because they may cause him pain, but to avoid going through the same scenario with Tilla. That accident REALLY messed him up and the Dad was of no support.

No but Verosika singing "I'm not over it but I'm over you" in the final song is just the perfect representation of her state of mind I think like, she dont want him anymore but she is still so hurt about the way he acted

at this point idk what to comment-

thing is i think it goes much deeper for Blitz, from the trailer for the second half of season 2 we hear Blitz state that "he ruins the lives of everyone he gets close to and makes their lives worse." and the stealing of the car and credit cards wasnt necessarily a means to HURT Verosika, but to try to protect her. on the night of the fire at Cash's Circus, Blitz was going to confess feelings for Fizz, but prior to that he saw Fizz receive a card saying "wish you were my son" which hurt Blitz and caused him to turn away and run into the guy with Fizz's birthday cake, causing the fire to start that took the life of his mother, turned his sister crazy/addicted to drugs and grievously injured his first love. perhaps since then that has mentally scarred Blitz to fear anyone growing close to him, yet at the same time he still yearns for love and intimacy, seeking to get both through sex, hence why at the start of Apology Tour he was trying to get the relationship back on the safe zone, he doesnt want to lose the intimacy, but he doesnt want to endanger Stolas, especially after realizing he can get "hurt".

Verosika could have removed the tatto but she didn't. Instead she just crossed it out. There's a part of her that's still holding on and maybe misses him. It's a constant reminder of Blitzø that she wants to eraze but at the same time doesn't want to. I love how so nice Verosika is towards the guests, stolas AND Blitzø. She accepted the apology but doesn't fully forgive him. Maybe they could still be friends in the future but she still needs distance

Very good dive into this hard episode, and yes I will admit I missed her calling him Blitz. I saw once she could see the pain he was in her attitude shifted, but totally missed the name. I can't wait for you to do the breakdown of all the costumes and species that are in this Hate Blitz'o Party, that's going to be a fun one to watch lol.

Another layer I think about Verasikas pain is that shes a Succubus, so we have no clue if her previous relationships were only with her because of that only and not her as a person, or maybe she questions if people truly love her or it was accidental manipulation being a succubus. So it could be that when she is vulnerable and says I love you to Blitzø and he leaves how many have hurt her in the past in similar ways and he was the final straw?

My headcanon of what happened: verosika and blitz were having sex and as said “I love you” at some point and after he finished he told verosika he was tired so they went to sleep, not even letting her “finish” and that night he snuck out leaving her to pay for the hotel room,ran 3 rings to wrath and used her card on shitty horse riding lessons

Everything you were saying about verosika is so damn true especially with her hair up. Btw did anyone notice Brandon’s character “grandpa “ in the apology tour when asking for directions.

I loved him and verosika talking at the end and the advice she gave was so good. If you can’t commit, give the person time to do their own thing until you can and if after that time they don’t want you, let them be happy. I was worried blitz may try something with verosika as it seems like blitz to immediately fake moving on instead of have those feelings but I’m glad he didn’t. Blitz really is changing which really shows how forgiving someone helps you feel better but also can change them for the better

Late, but: Blitz is like Stolas' butler-they're both constantly pulling above their weight class. XD

This was the best part of the episode! I love how vulnerable they made her.

The Verosika and Blitz connection is that of one-ness. Being able to comprehend one's own words and actions to the necessary extent for improvement is an awesome perk for their relationship. The never ceasing journey of self-improvement might just be the unfailing magnet that doesn't allow them to fail or give up on their eternal journey.

I don't think so. I think she will eventually, but it's going to take time. The talk at the end of Apology Tour began it.

It's not just the prospect of getting hurt. when Blitz felt hurt after what his jerk of a dad did at Fizz's B-day party--giving him a card that blared that he wished Fizz was his son rather then Blitz--all he did was turn to leave and likely burn off some steam before trying to talk to Fizz again, but accidently set off the fire in the process. This resulted in two of the people he genuinely cared about the most getting badly hurt and even killed. Blitz is the jackass he is to people as a defensive mechanism not only to keep himself from being hurt by them, but also so they do not get seriously hurt by him. He wants to be loved and to love, but he's afraid of being burned by and/or losing those he comes to care about. It's a heavy feature of emotional dramas and not one that's easy to fix. Especially if those he wants to connect with don't even know what he's fully been through and there fore understand what made him like this. Just by the same token, if he never digs deep enough to understand others, he can't see the evidence that what they say and do toward him is genuine or the stereotypical bull that he's expecting. What Verosika might want to do is host a more focused get-to-together of those who have not only been hurt by or hate Blitz, but have actually "known" him. I.E. like herself, Stolas, Fizz, Mox and Mill, Loona, and maybe bait Barbie into it too. And get Ozzie and Queen Bee to host it for a full on Blitzo breakdown party. Each one has gotten to know a different aspect of Blitz, but none of them seem to know the entirety of Blitz . . . so comparing notes could open up some interesting prospects for the lot of them.

I just hope for Blitzø and Stolas to get back together, we see Blitzø protecting Stolas from Andrealphus in the trailer so surely the do

Considering how hostile demons in hell are and that a demon can cry in open at a party on earth and wear costumes too makes me think demons go to earth to be vulnerable once a year instead of dealing havoc

I think Blizz did that to Verosika (the credit card and car thing) because he wanted to show her how bad he is and that he is not worth to be loved. He tried to push her away the hardest way possible, just to proof that she will leave him and that he is bad for her. I think it is one of Blizz's self-sabotage mechanisms.
