Ha! I think what I enjoy about the lip balms in particular is how your inspection of them is so sensory. You're discussing the color, the scent, how "comfortable" it feels, etc. I just find it all really relaxing - and as a bonus I get an idea of what lip balms might by worth trying out. 😊

I love the burts bees Chapstick, I use the exact same one . In the beginning it doesn't have much pigment but the more you use it the more the color comes out.

Greeting yourself or giving positive affirmations in the mirror can be good for your mental health! I do a silly thing where I smile (even if I don't feel like it) and finger guns or wink in the mirror after getting ready-little dose of dopamine before I leave to start my day. : ).
